In accordance with the notification by the Executive Office of the Department of State on issues related to the preparation of the regulatory clean-up work (No. [2010]28), the Government of the Sichuan Province decided to repeal the following 17 provincial government regulations.

First, the Sichuan Province's old-age operation management approach (ratified by the Government of the People of the Province on 23 December 1985; amendment No. 103 of 29 December 1997 to the Order of the People's Government of the province).

ii. Public security management approach in the provinces of Sichuan (adopted on 23 December 1985 by the People's Government of the province on 27 November 1985; amendment No. 103 of 29 December 1997 to the Government of the province).

iii. The Government of the Sichuan Province has established regulations and draft local legislation procedures (issued No. 13 of 29 September 1989).
