Regional management provisions for the State's railway station

(Summit No. 42 of 15 December 2010 of the Government of the People of the State of the Solemn State for its consideration of the publication, effective 1 February 2011, of Decree No. 195 of 25 December 2010, of the Decree No. 195 of 25 December 2010 of the People's Government of the State.

Chapter I General

Article 1 protects social public order in order to strengthen the management of the area of the railway stations in the State, and establishes this provision in accordance with the relevant national laws, regulations and regulations.

Municipal facilities management, urban hosting and sanitation management, parking greenification, public safety, business, road transport, transport management, civil affairs, health, safe production, culturally broad-based information publication, prices, people's air defence, environmental protection, tobacco sales, etc., are jointly managed in the area of fire stations, in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article IV

Article 5

Article 21 prohibits:

Article 22 prohibits:

Article 38 of this provision is implemented effective 1 February 2011. The Regulation of the Regional Fire Station in the City of 30 April 2005 (No. 141) was also repealed.
