(Adopted by Decree No. 111 of 3 December 2010 on the date of publication) at the 32th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Livestock on 12 November 2010

In accordance with the unified deployment of the Department of State, in accordance with the relevant legislation, the Municipal Government has decided to repeal the following seven regulations from the date of publication.

Regulation on the management of the city of Lylles

For reasons: the Regulations on the Regulation of the Salary Industry of Southern Province, which was published in 1999.

ii. Loans management approach at the end of the city (Ministerial Decree No. 52)

For reasons: part of the provision is in conflict with the Regulation for the Safety and Management of the Final Minorium (Act No. 6 of the General Directorate for National Security Production Monitoring).

Management of mineral resources in the city of Loy (Ministerial Order No. 54)

For reasons: the regulations are not consistent with the provisions of laws, regulations and regulations, such as the administrative licence law.

iv. The Lyung City's non-exploitation of agricultural products management (Act No. 67 of the Municipal Government)

For reasons: the content of chapter II, “Definition of the place of origin”, and chapter III, “Certification of products”, conflicted with the spirit of the Ministry of Agriculture's Agricultural Quality Safety Centre's notification of the publication of the identification and integration of products without prejudice to the status of implementation of the observations (Agriculture A [2006]9). Chapter IV, “Recognition management” and chapter V “Childignity”, have been implemented on 1 October 2006 by the People's Republic of China Act on Quality of Agricultural Products.

V. Modalities for the dissemination of cement in the city of Liveli (Official Journal No. 4, Order No. 71)

For reasons: this approach provides for a planned economic management model, such as planned production, sale. This approach has been covered by the development of the arsenal management provisions in Southern Province (Act No. 121 of the Government of Southern Province).

Liveli city 1 day management approach (Official Journal No. 45, Order No. 79)

For reasons: part of the provisions are conflicted with the River Southern Province Tourism Regulations and the Liveli City Tourism Regulations, which are covered by the local legislation of the two ministries.

Housing Rights in the Liveli city (Peace Order No. 97)

For reasons: this approach was covered by the enactment of the Housing Registration Scheme (Act No. 168 of the Ministry of Construction).
