Shanghai non-residential houses converted into temporary shelters and temporary quarters construction site safety regulations

    In order to strengthen the redevelopment of idle factories, warehouses and other nonresidential housing temporary accommodation and temporary quarters for the safe use of construction site management, maintenance of public security, in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations, combined with the municipality, these provisions are formulated.

Article II (scope of application)

Article III (management)
