At the twenty-fifth meeting of the Standing Committee of the thirteenth Sea, the Commission considered the adoption of the Regulation for the Management of the Ships in Shanghai City, which was implemented effective 15 May 2011. To that end, the Municipal Government decided to repeal the publication No. 48 of the People's Government Order No. 48 of 15 October 1993, the first amendment of the Order No. 54 of 19 December 1997 of the People's Government of the Shanghai City and to re-issu, the second amendment of the Order No. 128 of 18 November 2002 of the Shanghai People's Government and the re-issuing of the management approach of the Tolet.
