Provisional approach to the management of electric power in Vilhan City

(Adopted at the 138th Standing Committee meeting of the Government of the city of Vilhan on 23 May 2011, No. 220 of the Order No. 220 of 14 June 2011, published as from 17 June 2011)

Article 1, in order to strengthen the management of electric motorcycles, to maintain road traffic order and to guarantee safe access to road traffic, to develop this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act, the National People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Act, and the Northern Province of Lakes.

Article 2, this approach applies to the sale, registration and movement management of electric vehicles within the city's administration.

Article 3 of this approach refers to the use of a battery as a supporting energy, with two trucks, capable of achieving a human jet, electric power or help function and a self- vehicle consistent with national standards.

Article IV. Transport management of the public safety authority is responsible for the registration and management of electric vehicles.

Article 5
