Traditional craft protection methods in Findu Province

(Adopted at the 66th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Favour, on 14 February 2011, No. 113 of 17 February 2011, published as from 1 May 2011)

Chapter I General

Article 1 promotes the prosperity and development of traditional craft crafts and develops this approach in line with the provisions of the Regulations on the Protection of Traditional crafts and relevant laws and regulations.

Article 2 refers to traditional craft crafts, which are long-standing, horticulture, dynamism, production of traditional processes and craft horticulture processes, mainly through natural or traditional raw materials, with a clear national ventilation and local characteristics, with reputational handicrafts and mechanics at home and abroad.

The use of natural raw materials that are legally protected by the State, the production of traditional craft articrafts should be strictly observed in the relevant national legislation, regulations and regulations.

Article 3 Protection of traditional crafts should be guided by the principles of protection and development, inheritance of traditional horticulture and the adoption of modern scientific and technological innovation and the promotion of prosperity and development of traditional crafts.

Article IV. Governments of more people at the district level should strengthen the protection of traditional crafts, integrate the development of traditional crafts in local national economic and social development planning, and support policy, finance, credit, information technology services and talent.

Article 5 The Ministry's Government's economic trade authorities are the traditional craft philanthropic authorities in the province responsible for the protection, coordination, guidance and monitoring of the management of traditional crafts across the province. Traditional craft crafts, established by the Government of the city, district (zone), are responsible for the protection, development coordination, guidance and oversight of traditional crafts in the present administration.

In the relevant sectors of the Government of the above-mentioned population, the protection and development of traditional crafts should be facilitated in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article 6 Associations related to craft art, institutes, scientific institutions and intermediary organizations assist traditional craft articraft authorities in the protection and development of traditional crafts. Traditional craft crafts may commission associations, institutes, scientific institutions and intermediaries to deal with specific aspects of the protection and development of traditional crafts.

Article 7 provides incentives for units and individuals that have made a prominent contribution in the protection and development of traditional crafts and art.

Chapter II

Article 8 Forecasts and technics in traditional crafts and horticulture, craft artefacts in Foi Province, and craft craftsmen in Fhani Province, have a identification system. It was determined that work was conducted every four years.

Article 11. Traditional crafts in the province should apply for pre-release announcements for the identification of traditional crafts and crafts in Fhani Province, craft artefacts in Favu Province, craftmatechnicians in Fhana, and craftsmen in Foi province. The notice period is 20 days. During the notice period, any unit and individual have the right to make a written objection.

In the written objection to the submission, the competent authorities of traditional crafts of the province should organize a survey verification within 30 days of the expiry of the notice; the survey has been verified that it is not included in the scope of the evaluation.

Article 12 The provincial traditional craft craft crafts should be evaluated within three months from the date of the expiry of the notice, by the organization of provincial evaluation committees on the application of materials for the identification of traditional craft articrafts and crafts in Favu Province, craft artefacts in Fhani province, craft craft craftscules in Fhano Province, and craftsmen.

Article 13 members of the provincial evaluation committee and their close relatives apply for the identification of the traditional crafts and horticulture in Fford Province, the artefacts of the Favuicraft, the Francian of the craft, and the Utangi craft, the members of the evaluation board should be avoided.

Article 15 Technician innovations, crafts and crafts that are consistent with the conditions set out above, are published by the provincial assessment committees, upon their determination by the competent authorities of traditional crafts.

Article 17

(i) A good professional ethics;

(ii) A wealth of design, production of experience and higher artistic harmonization;

(iii) The Honour of the craft horticulture, which has more than crafts, or has secondary vocational qualifications in craft-type countries, or has been granted by the commune government of the establishment area.

Article 18 applied for the identification of China's traditional crafts and technics, Chinese crafts cherished or Chinese craftmacrafts, which were chosen and recommended by the provincial evaluation committees of traditional craft articrafts and craftsticulture in Fofang Province, the fiduciary craft artefacts in Fhan Province, the craft artefacts in Fo Province, and the imaginal craft.

Chapter III Protection and development

Article 19

(i) To collect, collate, establish archives;

Article XXI provides for the craft art of the Fford province, which is registered by the provincial authorities of traditional crafts and the creation of archives.

No unit or individual may replicate or take the crafts of the Fford Province.

In article 22, the Favu Architects, the craftsmen of the Favu province, can use in their works and their descriptions the Favu Architects, and the Foicraft craft.

No unit or individual may take the name of the craftmatechnic in Fhani province, and the craft man of Fhana.

Article 23. The Government of the people at the district level may establish a protection base for traditional craft art, based on local practice, and work related to the protection and development of traditional crafts.

Article 24 encourages and supports higher education institutions, secondary vocational schools, in particular institutions in the craft-focused areas, and relevant industry associations, businesses to establish traditional craft talent development, training bases, and to provide talent support for the protection and development of traditional crafts.

Article 27 Governments of more people at the district level should encourage units and individuals to set up traditional craft philanthropic exhibitions that show traditional crafts and other good works.

The relevant sectors of the population at the district level should encourage, support units and individuals to apply for patents, trademark registration or copyright registration relating to traditional crafts.

Article 28 Governments and relevant departments and units at the district level should support the creative work of the craftmatechnicians and provide them with creative conditions in accordance with the following provisions:

(i) The unit of the craftmaculum should support the establishment of a working room for the craft culin and facilitate the teaching and further development of the art college;

(ii) Create facilitation conditions for the craft horticulture of craftsmen, and give appropriate horticulture subsidies to the local people's governments for traditional craft horticulture technicians who are at risk.

(iii) To make a special contribution to the development of traditional craft philanthropic crafts, with special hardships in life, with adequate economic assistance from the local people's Government in living and health care.

Article 29 of the Ministry of the People's Government has established special funds for the protection of traditional craft articrafts to support the development and construction of the traditional craft American industrial base, the establishment of research and development institutions, the opening of markets, the development of talents and the protection, excavation, the turmoilization of products and technology.

Governments of the city, the district should provide financial support for the protection and development of traditional crafts, based on reality.

Chapter IV Corporal punishment

Article 33 provides false material or decepts of traditional craft articrafts and horticulture or technics in Favu Province, with the removal of the identified qualifications and the recovery of the certificate, symbols and no longer admissible in three years.

In one of the following cases, the provincial traditional craft philanthropic authorities removed their fertiles of crafts in Foi province or reported to be asked to the Government of the province to approve the lifting of its craft philanthropic writers:

(i) Theft, falsification of works by others or the provision of false material deceptions;

(ii) Accountability for crimes;

(iii) Serious loss of professional ethics.

Article 32, in violation of this approach, unlawful logging, occupation or destruction of scarce mineral resources and natural raw materials required by traditional crafts, is punishable by law by competent authorities such as land resources, forestry, etc.; and criminal liability by law.

Article XXIII, the competent authorities of traditional crafts and the relevant departments and their staff, are treated in accordance with the law; constitutes an offence punishable by law:

(i) Disclosure of traditional craft craft secrets and other commercial secrets;

(ii) The loss of the relevant evaluation material and the causation of significant losses to the parties;

(iii) Serious negligence, resulting in the lack of effective protection of traditional craft varieties and crafts that should be protected;

(iv) To receive bribery;

(v) Abuse of authority, provocative fraud, and malfunctioning.

The members of the provincial evaluation committees have one of the above-mentioned acts, which are being recruited by the provincial traditional craft philanthropic authorities and disposed of by their units or superior authorities; and constitute criminal responsibility by law.

Chapter V

The commune government of the communes in the area may develop a craft horticulture evaluation approach.

Article 55 of this approach is implemented effective 1 May 2011.
