Modalities for the implementation of the Public Institutions Regulations in the northern province of Lake

Article 1, in order to promote energy efficiency in all provincial public institutions and to play the role of public institutions in the overall social section, develop this approach in line with the People's Republic of China's Energy Act and the Public Institutions Sections Regulations.

This approach refers to State organs, business units and groups that use financial funds in all or part.

Article 3. Governments at all levels should strengthen the leadership of public institutions in their work and incorporate public institutions in their current fiscal budgets for the adaptation, supervision, training, information services, recognition and promotion of public institutions.

In addition to the energy efficiency measures set out in the Public Institutions Regulations, public bodies may take the following measures to enhance the management of the environment:

(i) A subregional level of electricity;

(ii) In addition to areas requiring special temperatures, the establishment of air condition temperatures cannot be lower than 26°C in summer, and the winter shall not exceed 20°C;

(iii) Promotion of the application of a sensible mechanism in the public region.

Article 20 provides public institutions with the price and quantity of public service vehicles and should be strictly enforced in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

The establishment of a sound public service vehicle asset archives and technical files, and the use of official vehicles by the Government to concentrate on procurement, targeted fuel, targeted maintenance.

Article 21 governs the receipt of reports on waste of energy by public institutions, including through the opening of a telephone and online report, and will investigate the results of the survey.
