(Adopted at the 80th ordinary meeting of the Twelfth People's Government, held on 25 April 2011, No. 125 of 25 April 2011.

In accordance with the decisions of the National People's Representatives General Assembly on the authorization of the host city, the jewell City People's Congress and its Standing Committee, the People's Government to develop regulations and regulations in their respective economic special zones, the People's Legislative Act of the People's Republic of China and the State Department of State on the expansion of the economic zone, the municipal government organizations have cleared the existing regulations and the normative documents of the special area. The following decisions have been taken on related matters:

i. Regional implementation of the regulations of the following special areas, beginning on 1 May 2011:

The Code of Conduct “Xlack” of public life in the economic special area (No. 4)

2: The management approach for the field presence in the economic zone (No. 123)

The following regulations and the normative documents of the special area were repealed effective 1 May 2011:

1 Packling a number of preferential approaches in the old urban areas of the Economic Zone (published No. 16 of 7 October 1997 and No. 37 of 31 October 1999 on the first amendment of the Royal Government Order No. 37 of 2 September 2002 No. 64 of the Royal People's Government Order No. 64 of 2 September 2002)

2: The implementation of the old-age insurance scheme for business workers in the economic zone (No. 32)

3: Regulation for the management of external construction enterprises in the economic special area (No.

Revenue of the Administered Food Price Adjustment Fund for the Hotel Industries of the Economist Region (statements No. [2000]82)

In addition to the above-mentioned regulations and the normative documents of the special zones, other existing regulations and the normative documents of the special area are temporarily suspended in the regions that are newly integrated into the economic zone.

This decision has been implemented effective 1 May 2011.
