In accordance with the laws, regulations, such as the Social Insurance Act of the People's Republic of China, and in the context of the industrial parking area of Sud State, it was decided to adjust the system of social insurance in the area of industrial parks in the State of Sus State, effective 1 July 2011.

The provisional scheme for the management of the Sang State industrial parks, which came into effect on 16 March 1997, is applicable until 30 June 2011. The State Council for Industrial Parks should develop, in a timely manner, the social insurance scheme and the accompanying application of the rules, in accordance with laws, regulations, such as the Social Insurance Act of the People's Republic of China.

In developing a management approach and implementing rules, the Sus State Industrial Parks Commission should give full consideration to the practical interests of the occupants of the treasury system and to the balanced transition before and after the adjustment of the system of social insurance in industrial parks (GM). (b) Develop new specific provisions for the collection, use, management and supervision of the Social Insurance (GM) Fund effective 1 July 2011. Social insurance in the Sang State industrial parks area (FGM) is administered directly by the Sus State Industrial Parks Committee.
