Urban tourism incentives

Chapter I General

Article 1 develops this approach in the light of the relevant legal regulations, in order to play a local interface between the Travel Service and the Field Mission Travel Service in the city.

Article 2, Local travel agencies and field missions organize field tourists to present the city's landscape (point) tourism, which is applicable.

Article 3. The City Tourism Administration is responsible for tourism incentives.

Article IV. Tourism incentives persist in combining mental incentives with material incentives, which are dominated by mental incentives, and tourism punishment upholds the principle of criticizing education and administrative corrections.

Chapter II

Article 5. Tourism incentives are divided into cumulative incentives for the number of tourists and incentives for the major tourist team.

Article 6. Local local travel agencies and field mission travel agencies are able to obtain a cumulative incentive for the number of tourists over 3,000 visitors during the year. The award criteria are:

(i) Over 5,000 visitors or more than 3,000 visitors, each of whom rewards 5,000;

(ii) Transmission or solicitation of more than 5,000 tourists, with the award of $7 per person;

(iii) Transmission or solicitation of more than 100,000 visitors, with an incentive of $9 per person.

Article 7. Local travel agencies and field mission travel agencies have organized tourism centres, kitchens, motorcycles, entry teams, conference teams, etc., which can be rewarded by the tourism team. The award criteria are:

(i) The tourism specialist team, which is more than 300 people, rewards 5,000; more than 300 people, rewards $100,000; and more than 500, rewards $15,000.

(ii) The tourism charter team is composed of more than 80 personnel, each of which rewards $100,000; more than 120 people, each of which is rewarding $0.0.

(iii) The self-lead vehicle team is at more than 50 times and is not less than 100, rewarding $5,000; over 50 vehicles and less than 140 people, and rewarding $100,000.

(iv) The Immigration and Tourism Team, which is more than 100 people (locating tourists in Port-au-au-au-Prince), rewards $5,000; more than 100 people, rewards $100,000; and over 200 people, rewards $15,000.

(v) The number of conference teams is more than 100, and the amount of $100,000 is awarded.

The announcement of awards by the major tourist team shall not be declared a cumulative incentive for the number of tourists.

Article 8. Travel socialization in field missions is received by local travel agencies and awards are determined by consultation between the parties.

Article 9 declares that tourism incentives should have the following conditions:

(i) No less than 2 days in the city;

(ii) A-level tourist landscape area (points) with more than two cheques in this city;

(iii) Invoices for consumption and settlement in the area of accommodation, A level of tourism.

Members of the team shall be allowed to reach the city in the same way as from the same city and be registered by the municipal tourist administrative authorities.

Article 10 declares a cumulative incentive for the number of tourists and shall submit the following information to the City Tourism Administration authorities:

(i) Annual awards by the travel agency;

(ii) The travel team confirmed the list;

(iii) Visitors team travel documents;

(iv) Toursing mission plans;

(v) Visitors' feedback.

Article 11 declares awards by a large team of tourism and shall submit the following information to the City Tourism Administration authorities:

(i) A one-time incentive statement by the travel agency;

(ii) Visiting a large team to identify the table;

(iii) Visits to a large team;

(iv) Toursing mission plans;

(v) Visitors' feedback.

Article 12 The executive authorities of the city should provide incentives within 7 days of the date of receipt of the declaration and inform society. There shall be no less than 7 days.

Incompatible with the conditions of incentives, the declaration units should be communicated in writing.

Article 13 gives incentives to the executive authorities of the municipal tourism industry without objection during the demonstration.

Article 14.

(i) There are zero and negative payments;

(ii) Damage to the legitimate rights and interests of tourists;

(iii) A major safety liability accident;

(iv) There are record records of tourist complaints and affect them, or more than three complaints have been made in the year;

(v) Violations of business;

(vi) The accounts are not clear, the management of business archives is disrupted.

Article 15. Specific means of implementation of tourism incentives have been developed by the Municipal Tourism Administration.

Chapter III Punishment

Article 16 imposes a voucher, with the exception of the Recovery Award and a fine of 20 per cent of the total awards.

Article 17 does not provide for the use or self-reformation of special funds, interceptions and misappropriation, and provides administrative disposal to the principal, supervisors and direct heads of authority in accordance with the law; constitutes a crime and is criminally criminalized by law.

Article 18

Chapter IV

Article 19, paragraph 1, of the present approach states that “more than”.

Article 20 of the Tourism Award is paid from earmarked funds for tourism established by the city's finance.
