Article 3, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “The establishment of a joint mechanism involving heads of departments, such as provincial air terminals, border, customs, testing of quarantine, civil aviation (hereinafter referred to as the relevant sectors of the shore) to study in a timely manner the problems arising in the management of the air terminals.”

In article IV, the “Health Quarantine, Plant and Plant Quarantine” was amended to “test epidemic”.

In Article 7, the number of air fleets and passengers, the number of passengers, the number of passengers, the number of returnees, the status of repatriations and the quantity of their passengers are changed.

V. “Health quarantine and phytosanitary” in Article 18 was amended to “test epidemic”.
