Amendments to traditional craft protection methods in Northern Province

(Adopted at the 95th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Northern Province on 9 October 2011 by Decree No. [2011] No. 10 of the Northern Province of the River 20 October 2011)

The second amendment reads as follows: “The traditional craft art, as described in this approach, means more than 100 years of history, horticulture, cranes, dynamism, and a complete process, mainly through the production of natural raw materials, with a clear national ventilation and local characteristics, with high reputational craft and horticulture at home and abroad”.

Article IV is amended to read: “The provincial industrial and informational administrative authorities and the municipalities, districts (communes, districts) people's governments are responsible for the protection of traditional craft articrafts (hereinafter referred to as the administrative authorities of craft art) for the supervision of the protection of traditional craftcrafts in this administrative area. The primary responsibility is:

(i) Develop and organize development planning for the implementation of traditional crafts;

(ii) Measures will be taken with the relevant sectors to promote the development of traditional crafts;

(iii) Guidance, services and coordination of activities such as scientific research, production and operation of traditional crafts;

(iv) Exclusiveness and incentives for the protection and development of units and individuals with significant achievements in traditional crafts;

(v) Violations of this approach by law.”

Article 9 amends as follows:

(i) The history of the production of traditional craft crafts and their documentation;

(ii) The species, quality and production status of traditional crafts;

(iii) A description of the process and major raw materials used;

(iv) The horticulture, the arts and the horticulture;

(v) Other relevant information.”

Article 21, as amended, reads as follows: “The provinces and the traditional craft archaeological focus area should actively create conditions for the establishment of cherished or cherished stereotypes (rooms) and encourage the collection of cherisheds by philanthropies, museums and other relevant organizations and individuals and encourage units and individuals to do so.

Delete article 27.

Article 29 was replaced with article 28 and replaced the word “issued”.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly.
