Article 1, in order to strengthen the management of foams, regulate acts of foams, guarantee the quality of life and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and develop this provision in the light of the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Code on Blood Management.

Article 2 applies to the processing, sale, use of pyrethroids and foam products within the territorial administration.

Article 3. This province introduces a sterilization and a centralized sanitary system.

No unit or individual shall be allowed to carry out spoiler activities without customization. However, individuals in rural areas suffer from spoilers.

Article IV is responsible for the management of the foam industry in the current administration, which is governed by the law and is responsible for the implementation of this provision.

More people at the district level are responsible for the quarantine of foams and foam products.

Departments such as health, business, public safety, material prices, tax, environmental protection, planning, quality technical supervision are managed in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article 5 Governments and the relevant sectors of the population at the district level should support the safe supply of pyrethroid products by means of a stable supply relationship with a well-established automotive slogans.

The Government should encourage and support the veterans (grounds) to achieve mechanicalization, standardization and scale-scale smugglers, and to implement brand operations and the distribution of foam products.

Article 6. The establishment of the veterans (grounds) should be in line with the establishment of a planning and setting-up programme to deal with, under the law, the procedures such as the licence of sterilization, the sanitary licence and commercial registration.

The veterinary (ground) shall not be rented, borrowed or otherwise transferred.

Article 7. The gynaecological veterans (grounds) should be established to check the registration system, the registration system (ground) and the re-entry system for the foam products and to report back to the authorities of the people of the district.

Article 8

Article 9. The breeding site (both household) should establish a system of anti-drug commitments for pyrethroids, and a paper of non-recognitional drug commitments in foams.

Article 10 Prior to the dying of foams (grounds) hijacking of foams, it is important to test the sanitary certificate of the diametery, the avian mark, the non-introductive drug commitments and means of delivery. The inspection should be recorded and the time period for the record is not less than two years.

Before dying of foams (grounds) hijacking of foams, article 11 should be screened in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the province and be kept in the test. The record-keeping period shall not be less than two years.

Article 12 Agricultural authorities should monitor prohibited drugs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the province. The requirements for oversight are included in the current financial budget.

Article 13 prohibits the commission of the following activities:

(i) Injecting water or injecting other substances for foam or foam products;

(ii) To dominate unsanitary or quaranted foams;

(iii) Storage, death and pig;

(iv) sabotage or injecting other substances;

(v) The plant (ground) does not have a physical quality test or the physical quality test of unqualified foam products.

Article 14.

Article 15. The gynaecological slaughter (grounds) can be accepted by the customer to commission foams, which are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the local government price authorities.

Article 16 Governments of more people at the district level should strengthen their leadership in the management of pyrethroid surveillance, coordinate and address critical issues such as mass chewing, water note, violence anti-law.

Article 17

More than 18 per cent of the population's dying authorities should establish a safety information network on the quality of life and pyrethroid products and improve the level of safety in the production of foams.

More people at the district level should establish a reporting system for the publication of telephones, communications addresses and e-mail boxes to receive reports on the quality of life of foam products and to address them in a timely manner.

Article 19 Blood plants (grounds) do not carry out prohibited drug testing or testing of unqualified pyrethroids under the provisions of the law, which is fined by more than 3,000 ktons of the Government's agricultural authorities at the district level, and promptly informs the authorities of the same pyrethroids, which are being renovated by the veterinary hiding authorities, and which have serious consequences are being removed by the Government of the people of the city.

Article 20 of the Psychiatric Station (grounds) hijackings without quarantine or quantarial pyrethroids or dying of illnesses, death pyrethroids, which are sanctioned by the Royal Health Monitoring Body in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China's Animal Prevention Act; causing serious consequences for the Government of the people of the city above-levels to remove their stereotype (ground) qualification under the law.

Article 21 Operational Station (grounds) accepts an unauthorized increase in other charges or an increase in the fee-for-feasing criteria by the price authorities in accordance with the provisions of the People's Republic of China price law, the administrative penalties for price violations.

In article 22, staff members of the hiding authorities, the agricultural authorities and other relevant administrative departments abused their functions, omissions, provocative fraud in the course of the management of cattle slaughter surveillance, which is lawfully disposed of by an agency or by the inspection body, which constitutes an offence, and are criminally prosecuted by law.

Article 23, garage, hips, is dominated by smugglers, which is implemented in the light of this provision.

Article 24 On 17 November 1998 by Government Order No. 47, the Hiroshima Flood Act of 28 August 2002 as amended by Decree No. 78 was repealed.
