In order to seriously implement the State Department's National Land-Based and Compensation Regulations, the preservation of the socialist rule is consistent and, in accordance with the requirements of the National, Self-Government Zone for the further clean-up of regulations and normative documents relating to evictions, the relevant authorities of the city have fully cleared existing effective government regulations. Upon clearance, the Government of the city has decided to repeal the Modalities for the demolition of homes in the city of Uzbek (No. 58 of the Government of the city).

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
