(Adopted at the 95th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of Northern Province on 9 October 2011 by Decree No. [2011] No. 10 of the Northern Province of the River 20 October 2011)

The topic was amended to read: “The scheme of immunization management for animals in Northern Province”.

In the literature, “increased vaccination” was amended to “imal immunization”; in the “Smultial veterinary medical administration”; and in the “Industries for the prevention of malaria”.

The second amendment reads as follows: “Immunization of animals as described in this approach means vaccinations and immunization testing for animals in order to prevent severe damage to the production and health of breeding industries”.

Article IV amends as follows: “The authorities of the veterinary veterinary veterans at the district level are responsible for the compulsory immunization of animals within this administrative area.

The Native Disease Prevention Control Agency, established by the Government of the above-mentioned population, is responsible for technical guidance on the compulsory immunization of animals in the present administrative area.”

V. Article 6 has been amended to read: “The authorities of the veterinary veterinary veterinary veterinary Government shall organize, in accordance with the provisions of the law, legislation and regulations, and in accordance with the actual situation in the province, plans for vaccination of animals throughout the province”.

Article 7 has been amended to read: “The veterinary veterinary veterinary veterinary authorities at the district level organize the implementation of an animal immunization scheme in the present administrative area. The commune people's Government, the Urban Street Office should organize units and individuals that govern feed animals in the region to work on immunization against animals.

Delete article 8.

Article 9 was replaced with Article 8 and reads as follows: “The units and individuals of the raising animals should fulfil their obligations under the law for the compulsory immunization of animal diseases, with the requirements of the livestock veterinary authorities”.

Article 10 was deleted.

Article 11 was replaced with article 9 and amended to read: “The sanitary and phytosanitary control institutions at the district level should establish animal immunization files for the animals that had already been subject to compulsory immunization, plus the marking of livestock and implement traceable management”.

Article 12 should be replaced with Article 10 and amended to read: “The control body for the prevention of animal diseases at the district level shall carry out immunization results testing for the animals that have been subject to compulsory immunization. Unqualified animals should be renovated.

Delete Articles 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

Article 11: “In violation of the provisions of this approach, penalties are imposed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act on the Conservation of Animals of the People's Republic of China; constitutes a crime punishable by law”.

XIV, Article 18 should be replaced with Article 12, and the word “issued” should be revised as “publication”.

The order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly, in accordance with the above amendments.
