Chapter I General

In order to strengthen park construction and management and to protect and improve the ecological environment, the city of Americanization promotes the physical and mental health of the people and develop this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2

Article 3 states parks as well as facilities with good parking environments, improved ecology, metropolitan cities, lobbying, cultural education, scientific accessibility, exercise, physical integrity, recreation and disaster risk avoidance, and open to the public; including integrated parks, commemorative parks, child parks, animal parks, plant parks, historic parks, etc. The specific directory of the park was published by the Municipal People's Government.

The establishment, management and protection of forest parks and natural protected areas are implemented in accordance with the relevant national provisions.

Article IV is the administrative authority of the city's park responsible for the industrial management, operational guidance and supervision of parks, and the supervision of district parks by the administrative authorities of the District Government.

The park administration is responsible for the day-to-day management of parks; the absence of a management body is responsible for the day-to-day management of the park's main units.

In accordance with their respective responsibilities, municipal resources, urban and rural planning, quality technical supervision, financial, material, public safety, tourism, forestry, environmental protection, health, business and urban administration are jointly administered with park supervision.

Article 5 Government-managed parks, such as conservation, management, should be included in the same Government's financial budget.

The construction and management of parks can be carried out through a variety of operational models such as marketization, socialization, encouraging and guiding social forces investing in the construction of parks or engaging in the construction of parks, such as donations, funding, recognition.

Article 6. Construction of parks should uphold the principles of science planning, strict protection, reuse and service of the public.

Chapter II Planning and construction

Article 8. The Government of the city should determine the size and extent of the construction of parks, based on the state of economic and social development in the city and the needs of the people's mass lives, in order to achieve a balanced, diverse and functional improvement in the basement.

The urban and rural-urban executive authorities should prepare park development and construction planning, with the approval of the Government of the urban population, in accordance with the overall planning, land-use planning and green geosystem planning.

Article 9. Governments of municipalities and territories should develop policies to promote the development of parks, support scientific and technical research in the cause of parks, encourage the diffusion of scientific and technological and advanced management experience and strengthen the effective protection and scientific use of park culture, natural resources, in accordance with the principles of biodiversity conservation and the requirements of cultural, natural heritage.

The construction, alteration and expansion of parks should be in line with park development and construction planning.

The new park should conduct an integrated analysis of the location of parks, funds, etc.

Article 11. Strict control of construction projects that affect the park's landscape. Specific control ranges and requirements are developed by the Urban and Rural Planning Administration with the municipalities' rural and urban sectors.

Article 14. Chapter III Protection and management

No units or individuals shall be allowed to take possession, excavate the park's greenfields or unauthorized logging, transplantation and non-performing park trees.

The Government of the communes have been approved by the urban population, with the consent of the city's urban rural and urban construction authorities.

The line of water, electricity, fuel, etc. in parks should be concealed, without disrupting the park's landscape, affecting trees, endangering physical and property security.

Article 18 works in the park shall be carried out with the consent of the parking authority, after approval by the relevant departments. The construction shall not undermine park landscapes and facilities and shall not affect cruise safety. After construction, the status quo should be restored.

Exhibits and other activities in the park should be held in accordance with the consent of the municipal and rural-building administrative authorities and in accordance with the nature of the park, uphold the principles of legality, health, civilization, without prejudice to the greenization and environmental quality of the park.

The management of the park administration should be subject to the management of the parking authority, either in the unit or individual. After the event, the premises should be cleaned in a timely manner and the park landscapes, greenfields and facilities are restored. Damage to park trees, grasslandes and facilities should be compensated.

Article 20 Fees in parks are approved by the Government of the city after the Municipal Rural and Rural Construction Administrative Authority makes observations with the relevant sectors.

The criteria for the park's doors and fees projects are determined by the municipal price administration with the urban rural and urban construction administrative authorities.

(iii) Enhance effective management of plant landscapes, develop measures for the implementation of horticulture conservation management, increase the level of art in gardens, meet the requirements of the park's green conservation management regulation and pest control of planted plants;

(iv) The introduction of quality services to maintain a clean parking and staggering environment and to enhance the management of safety inspections;

(v) The proper protection and management of important natural landscapes in parks, monumental monuments, as well as valuable flows, ancient trees and carts, stereotypes, archives, etc.;

(vi) Strict implementation of the charges, standards approved by law;

(vii) Where there is a need for monitoring in the park, the installation of video surveillance equipment is required;

(viii) Other protection and management under the law.

Article 23 should strengthen sanitation management. Sanitation in parks should be in line with the following provisions:

(i) Maintain environmental integrity and environmental sanitation;

(ii) Maintain a net refurbishment of the roadside and public recreational activities sites;

(iii) Facilities such as buildings, constructions, columns, markers, garbage boxes, etc., are well refurbished, repairs, powders and cleaning time;

(iv) Clean water, consistent with the standards of appreciation and maintaining some water;

(v) Maintaining a quiet cruise environment that cannot exceed the prescribed standards;

(vi) Public toilets are available free of charge for the use of cruises, the timely laundering of latrines and the management of persons;

(vii) Removal and timely delivery.

The operators involved in operating activities in the park shall comply with the following provisions:

(i) Practitioners' access to service cards, civilization and gifts;

(ii) No unauthorized expansion of the area of operation, installation of operating facilities, and use of greenfields and roads to operate;

(iii) The stereotypes of commodities, publicity must not affect the landscape and the surrounding environment, without pollution of the surrounding environment;

(iv) Other relevant park management provisions.

Article 25 prohibits:

(i) Carry flammable items and other dangerous goods;

Chapter IV Security and management

Chapter V Legal responsibility

In violation of the relevant provisions of this approach, the relevant laws, regulations, regulations and regulations have established administrative penalties in accordance with their provisions; there is no provision for the administrative penalties established by the parking administrative authorities or other relevant administrative authorities under this scheme.

In violation of this approach, there is one of the following circumstances within the scope of the park, the order is being changed and punished in accordance with the following provisions; the loss arises and the liability under the law:

In violation of this approach, there is one of the following circumstances within the scope of the park, the order is being changed and punished in accordance with the following provisions; the loss is borne by the law:

(i) Mechanging, excreation, injury to trees, green sets, trajecting green lands, grasss and park facilities, causing damage, paying a fine of more than 50 million yen and compensated at a level of one to two times the value of their damage;

(ii) A fine of up to 50 ktonnes could be imposed on tandem, hiding, paper, cigarette, etc.

(iii) Authorization to carry animals or to drive their own vehicles, electric vehicles, motorcycles, cars into parks, imposing a fine of up to 50 ktonnes or garners;

(iv) A fine of up to 100 million dollars without the approval, posting or distribution of promotional goods;

(v) Without the approval of the establishment of tenders, advertisements, a fine of more than one thousand dollars;

(vi) The dumping of garbage and other sabotages such as sewerage, the immediate removal and the imposition of fines of more than 100 million dollars; the denial of clearance; and the costs incurred by the park administration for removal; and fines of up to one thousand dollars;

(vii) Exhumation (relevant), burning, burning of paper, drying and waste, or raising of trees, lights, trajectories, simulations, garbage, sing, garbage, and fines of over 50 ktonnes;

(viii) Access to ponds, swimms, water, beds and verticals, which can be fined up by more than $200,000;
