Decision of the Government of the Shanghai City to amend the Al-Health-Use Arrangement

(Adopted at the 131st ordinary meeting of the Government of the Shanghai City on 26 December 2011, No. 79 of 28 December 2011, published from the date of publication)

The Government of the city has decided to amend the use of flag management in Shanghai City as follows:

The following units should be located and located on a daily basis.

Article 6, paragraph 1, was amended to read:

The following units and places should be added to the flag of their work day:

(ii) All-day schools, as well as libraries, museums, cultural premises, sports clubs, all or partially using financial resources;

(iii) Other units and places designated by the Government of the city.

Article 7 amends as follows:

During the event of statutory sections and major events, the following units should be upgraded or placed in the flag:

(i) National organs and groups of people;

(ii) Business units in key areas identified by the Government of the city, the People's Committee of the Village, as well as places such as residential small areas, squares, parks;

(iii) Other units and places designated by the Government of the city.

Delete article 9.

Article 21, as amended, reads as follows:

The local authorities established by law by the Government of the people concerned with the administration and communes (communes), the street offices and the municipalities, districts and districts (at the district level), should organize units and individuals within the scope of management to be upgraded, used flags and regularly inspected.

Regional management bodies established under the law by the Government of the People's Government in respect of the administration sector and communes (communes), street offices and the municipalities, districts and counties) should be required to change.

Annex: Upgrading of the use of flag management in Shanghai City (amended in 2011)

Article 1 (Deputy and basis)

In order to preserve the dignity of the flag, this approach has been developed in accordance with the Act of the People's Republic of China, in the light of the situation in the city.

Article 2 (As applicable)

This approach applies to the construction, use and management of flags within the city's administration.

The State provides otherwise for the construction of the wall and the use of the flag.

Article 3 (Definition)

The flag referred to in this approach is that of the People's Republic of China.

Article IV (Management)

The Government of the people at all levels is responsible for the monitoring and management of flags and use within this administrative area. All levels of the Government of the people concerned have increased their presence and use of flagship management. The Street Office has established other units and individuals to carry out flag management.

Article 5

The following units should be located and located on a daily basis.

Article 7.

(ii) Business units in key areas identified by the Government of the city, the People's Committee of the Village, as well as places such as residential small areas, squares, parks;

(iii) Other units and places designated by the Government of the city.

Article 8.

The main conference rooms of State organs, people's groups should be placed in the flag.

Article 9 (Towards of the flag)

In accordance with article 5, Article 6 and Article 7, of this approach, the creativity of the flag should be increased early and down.

Article 10 (Currence that could not be added to the flag)
