In order to preserve the unity of the rule of law, to ensure the freeness of political orders, to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, to promote the administration of the law, to build the rule of law, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National People's Republic of China's Administrative Force, the Government of the province decides to repeal and amend the following regulations: Aimation of regulations (1 Removal management of urban homes in Hindu Province. Revised regulations (8) (i) Module management in Hindu Province Delete article 15. (ii) Radio management in Hindu Province Delete article 48. (iii) The Measuring of Towns in Honours Delete article 25. (iv) The Management of Agricultural Machinery in Hindu Province Delete article 27. (v) Rules for the implementation of the management of natural protected areas of forests and wildlife Article 17 amends as follows: “In violation of this rule, one of the following acts is warned by the natural protected area administration, causing losses to be compensated; constituting an offence and criminal responsibility by the judiciary”. (vi) “Preservation of prisons, labour correctional facilities” in Honour Province Article 7 amends to read: “Any land, mines and other natural resources used by the prison, labour correctional management shall be protected by the local, communes (communes) and the people's Government shall take effective measures to prevent, suppress illegal exploitation of mines, intrusion of land and property. It should be treated in accordance with the law with regard to the intrusion of minerals, land or turbing of property; causing losses to compensate for economic losses; constituting an offence and to hold criminal liability in accordance with the law.” (vii) Public safety video information system management in Hindu Province Article 21 amends to read: “In violation of article 9, article 10 of this scheme, the unit is installed with a fine of more than 500,000 dollars for the direct responsible supervisors and other direct responsibilities, and a fine of more than 1,000 dollars for the unit, of which 1000 dollars is fined for the offences committed in the non-operational activity; a fine of up to 500,000 dollars for individuals”. (viii) Education financing management approach in Honours Article 14. This decision is implemented since the date of publication. The revised eight regulations are subject to consequential changes in the order of the provisions.
