In accordance with the provisions of the National People's Administration Force Act, the Government of the People's Republic of China has decided to amend part of the provisions of the regulations of the People's Government of the following autonomous areas:

Provisional approach to the administration of property and the recovery of stolen property in the Nin summer self-government (published on 21 December 1990)

In article 26, “The fine of the individual shall be paid by one person or by the unit of which he or she is paid from his or her own salary” with the following modifications: “The fine of the individual shall be paid in a one-time manner and shall not be paid and shall be applied by law to the enforcement of the People's Court”.

Specialized financial supervision management in the Nin summer self-government zone (published on 7 December 2004)

In article 16, “The individual pays a fine, which is paid by his unit from his or her salary” shall be amended to read: “The fine of the individual shall be paid by the individual to the designated bank and shall not be paid and shall be applied to the People's Court in accordance with the law”.

ACHIE approach to water transport management in the Nin summer self-government region (published on 18 December 2001 No. 33)

Article 24, paragraph 2, was amended to read “the parties refuse to accept the punishment within the prescribed time period, and the administrative organs that have taken a punitive decision apply to the enforcement of the People's Court”.

Integrated use of resources in the Nin summer self-government zone (published No. 18 of 10 January 2000)

In article 25, “[t]he period of time has not been changed, the authorities concerned should be closed and the ITUs” were amended to read: “The duration of the period is not restructured by the relevant sectoral order, the denial of implementation and the enforcement of the People's Court by law”.
