(The first ordinary meeting of the Government of the Shanghai Oriental Government of 15 March 2012 considered the adoption of Decree No. 88 of 17 April 2012 on the date of publication of the date of publication)

The People's Government of the Sea decided to amend the following five Government regulations:

I. Methods for the management of off-cities in cities at sea

Article 24 should be amended to read: “Any breach of this approach is subject to a change in the time limit of the municipal planning management order, which may be subject to serious circumstances and penalties. Until such time, corrective measures are not taken and are forced to be cleared or dismantled by law.”

Provisional approach to the management of burial at sea

Amend article 39 as follows: “In violation of article 11, paragraph 1, of this approach, the transfer of the original cemeteries in the area of fire and the dispersal of graves shall not be subject to the prescribed time frame or to the revamping of the city's civil affairs order, the delay is uncorrected and the application of the law to the People's Court for enforcement”.

Means of sale of tobacco at sea

(i) Amend article 33, paragraph (iii) to read: “(iii) access, reproduction, expropriation of contracts, invoices, books, documents, business letters, licences, freight cards and other information relating to tobacco violations;”

(ii) Amend article 33, paragraph (iv), to read: (iv) decide to register tobacco sales, proceeds of conflict and tools to facilitate the illicit operation of suspected violations;”

(iii) amend article 41 as follows: “In violation of article 16 of this approach, a licence for the production of tobacco products by leproced for the production of tobacco products is not lawfully obtained by acquiesctive authority for the sale of tobacco products, the confiscation of proceeds of the conflict, the imposition of fines that do not exceed twice the value of the production of tobacco products in violation and the public destruction of tobacco products produced in violation of the law.”

(iv) Reclassify article 54 as follows: “The measures such as notification, notice, notice, notice, notice, etc. that are registered in accordance with the law do not find the parties or the party's refusal to accept the treatment of the investigation, which may be dealt with by the competent authorities in accordance with the law after 30 days of the date of the notification, the notice.”

Provision for the allocation of land proceeds by sea-level municipalities

Delete article 14, the order of other articles was extended.

Ad hoc approach to urban management in the sea City

(i) amend article 92, paragraph (i), to read: (i) the construction operation that produces environmental noise pollution from 12 to 14 hours, from 22 to 12 and from 22 to 6 p.m. is correct and may be fined up to €50 million;”

(ii) Amend article 92, paragraph (iii), to read: (iii) Restructuring and fines of up to $20,000 for recreation sites, such as: (iii) unauthorized sensitizing buildings in urban areas;

(iii) amend article 97 (iv) as follows: (iv) the registration of evidence relating to the offence in accordance with the law;”

(iv) Amend article 98 to read as follows: (i) the offender shall perform administrative sanctions decisions within a specified period of time; and (ii) the offender shall be returned; and (ii) the offender shall not perform administrative sanctions decisions and shall be treated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law.”

This decision is implemented from the date of publication.

The above-mentioned Government regulations are re-published in accordance with the consequential amendments to this decision.
