Yunnan Provincial fire services regulations

� Fire service agencies in these rules refers to legally established and qualification, commissioned to provide fire services, independent liability of legal persons organization. Fire technology services including fire equipment testing organization, fire safety monitoring agencies, facilities maintenance, and fire technical advisory bodies, fire protection products fire accident investigation bodies, inspection bodies, fire safety training, fire professional skill appraisal institutions etc.

� Fire technology services practitioners in these rules refers to have the fire technical service capabilities and conditions shall obtain the corresponding qualifications, fire services technical services technical services activities in professional and technical personnel.

    � Third and above the county level public security organs and fire agencies to supervise the fire technical service within their respective administrative areas.

(D) the fire technical advisory bodies can engage in building fire safety design consulting, fire service improvement plan consultation, regional fire safety assessment activities;

(E) fire accident investigation agency may engage in fire residues material evidence identification, electrical fire material evidence identification, combustible fire material evidence identification, building structure after fire safety assessment, fire damage assessment activities approved;

(F) the inspection of fire protection products fire products testing, building and decoration materials for fire testing of such activities;

(G) professional training institutions can engage in social-oriented fire safety fire safety training activities; (H) the fire service professional skill appraisal agencies engaged in the fire protection industry-specific types of vocational skill identification activity.

� Same technical services agencies and practitioners shall not be simultaneously engaged in fire-fighting equipment detection and fire-fighting facilities maintenance activities or while engaged in fire safety training and fire professional skills identification activities.

� Fire technical service institutions may not engage in design, fire equipment construction, fire management and fire technical service activities has a direct interest in the business.

    � 11th fire practise technical services agencies and their personnel shall abide by the laws, rules, regulations and national standards, industry standards, local standards and practice guidelines, entrusted to provide fire-fighting safety technical services, is responsible for the quality and service, liable for the result.

    � 12th fire technical service organizations to undertake business should fire technology services contract with the client.



    Fire technical service providers may not subcontract, subcontractor fire technology services business. 13th fire technical services after you complete the fire technical service shall issue a results file to client, and signed by hosting practitioner, stamped with the seal of the fire technical service providers.
