Means of service for the elderly in the Province of Chungi

(Act No. 157 of the People's Government Order No. 157 of 15 March 2012)

Article 1 provides for the promotion of the creativity of the Chinese people, the observance of the traditional Americans, the excellent work of the elderly and the development of this approach in line with the People's Rights Guarantee Act and the relevant legislation.

Article 2 provides for the benefit of older persons in the administrative areas of the province.

Article 3. Governments at all levels should strengthen the leadership of older persons in their service delivery and integrate older persons in economic and social development planning and take measures to improve the level of services.

The requirement for older persons to be serviced is included in the financial budget of the Government of more than the population at the district level.

Article IV. Civil affairs should be organized, managed, directed and coordinated by older persons.

Older working agencies are responsible for the specific work of older persons to serve.

Education, public safety, administration of justice, finance, human resources and social security, land resources, housing and rural-urban construction, transport, culture, health, business administration, sports, material, tourism and related sectors, within their respective responsibilities, are well served by older persons.

Article 5 State organs, social organizations, business units should fulfil the social responsibility of older persons who wish to serve.

The Village (HL) Commission and the Older Persons' Organization established by law should take measures to provide older persons with a wide variety of benefits.

Article 6 Oriental Older Work Agencies, which should be held for the elderly aged over 65 years of the current administrative region, to receive the “Employation” in the provinces of Myungi, and to improve access to services for the elderly.

The Village (HL) National Commission should register, in a timely manner, older persons in accordance with the conditions of the Maternity Presidence in the Province of Chungi and report to the people's Government or the street offices; communes (communes) government or street offices, to report to district-level elderly working bodies; and the district-level elderly work agency, after the clearance of the district-level old-age agency, has issued the Honor Yousssssi-West Province.

Article 7. Airports, vehicle stations, terminals, etc. should establish a dedicated window for older persons to purchase tickets, and public transportation tools should be established for the elderly.

Article 8. Airports, vehicle stations, terminals, financial institutions, medical institutions, parks, tourist landscapes, landscapes, museums, memorials and related duty units for older persons to serve their services should be established, with express preferences for the content of services and fulfilment of their obligations to service.

Article 9 Older Persons with the Horizon

(i) Free access to parks, tourist sites, landscapes, museums and memorials;

(v) Priority in the purchase of air tickets and vehicle tickets;

(vii) Other preferential services provided for in laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 10 Government grants to older persons over 70 years of age certain living health benefits.

Article 11. The administration of justice should organize legal aid institutions, grass-roots legal service organizations, and give priority to legal services for the elderly.
