(Act No. 157 of the People's Government Order No. 157 of 15 March 2012)

Article 1 provides for the promotion of the creativity of the Chinese people, the observance of the traditional Americans, the excellent work of the elderly and the development of this approach in line with the People's Rights Guarantee Act and the relevant legislation.

Article 2 provides for the benefit of older persons in the administrative areas of the province.

Article 3. Governments at all levels should strengthen the leadership of older persons in their service delivery and integrate older persons in economic and social development planning and take measures to improve the level of services.

The requirement for older persons to be serviced is included in the financial budget of the Government of more than the population at the district level.

Article IV. Civil affairs should be organized, managed, directed and coordinated by older persons.

Older working agencies are responsible for the specific work of older persons to serve.

Education, public safety, administration of justice, finance, human resources and social security, land resources, housing and rural-urban construction, transport, culture, health, business administration, sports, material, tourism and related sectors, within their respective responsibilities, are well served by older persons.

Article 5 State organs, social organizations, business units should fulfil the social responsibility of older persons who wish to serve.

The Village (HL) Commission and the Older Persons' Organization established by law should take measures to provide older persons with a wide variety of benefits.

Article 6 Oriental Older Work Agencies, which should be held for the elderly aged over 65 years of the current administrative region, to receive the “Employation” in the provinces of Myungi, and to improve access to services for the elderly.

The Village (HL) National Commission should register, in a timely manner, older persons in accordance with the conditions of the Maternity Presidence in the Province of Chungi and report to the people's Government or the street offices; communes (communes) government or street offices, to report to district-level elderly working bodies; and the district-level elderly work agency, after the clearance of the district-level old-age agency, has issued the Honor Yousssssi-West Province.

No fees shall be charged for the processing of the “Health Reference” in the province of Myungi.

Article 7. Airports, vehicle stations, terminals, etc. should establish a dedicated window for older persons to purchase tickets, and public transportation tools should be established for the elderly.

Article 8. Airports, vehicle stations, terminals, financial institutions, medical institutions, parks, tourist landscapes, landscapes, museums, memorials and related duty units for older persons to serve their services should be established, with express preferences for the content of services and fulfilment of their obligations to service.

Article 9 Older Persons with the Horizon

(i) Free access to parks, tourist sites, landscapes, museums and memorials;

(ii) Free use of public toilets;

(iii) Priority of walls, inspections, tests, etc. in relation to medical treatment;

(iv) A free health management service each year;

(v) Priority in the purchase of air tickets and vehicle tickets;

(vi) Access to public transport tools and related preferential services provided by the Government of the urban people;

(vii) Other preferential services provided for in laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 10 Government grants to older persons over 70 years of age certain living health benefits.

Funds required for the healthcare benefits of older persons are vested in the provinces, municipalities and districts (markets, districts) and share the proportion.

Article 11. The administration of justice should organize legal aid institutions, grass-roots legal service organizations, and give priority to legal services for the elderly.

Legal advisory services are encouraged to pay for legal advisory services for the elderly.

Article 12 Advantages granted by older persons (markets, zones) at the location of their home are testimony to the equal access of older persons in this province in the administrative area of the province, except under article 10, paragraph 1, of this approach.

Article 13: The Horizon Peri Province is co-authorized by the Government of the People's Government of the Province of Older Persons.

Article 14. Inspection, financial, auditing and other sectors should enhance oversight of the management of the funds used for the health-care benefits of older persons, identify problems and address them by law.

Article 15, in violation of article 8, paragraph 9, of the present approach, has been changed by an agency responsible for its authorities, the civil affairs sector or the elderly; the denial of correction and treatment by law.

Article 16 Education, public safety, the administration of justice, finance, human resources and social security, land resources, housing and rural-urban construction, transport, culture, health, business administration, sports, material, tourism and related sectors do not perform the duties related to the well-being of the elderly and is being rectified by the Government of the people of the district or the relevant sector; in serious circumstances, by law of their supervisors and direct responsibilities.

Article 17 Financial, civil and old-age working institutions and their staff interceptions, misappropriation, chewing of the health-care benefits for the lives of older persons are rectified by the government of the more than the population at the district level or by the relevant sector; in the case of serious circumstances, the treatment of their supervisors and those directly responsible is governed by the law; and constitutes a crime and is criminalized by law.

Article 19, which was implemented effective 1 May 2012. On 30 September 2005, the Government of the People's Republic of the Province of Myungi (No. 1/2005]31) was repealed at the same time.
