Management of major activities in the Province of San Orientale

(Adopted at the 116th ordinary meeting of the People's Government of San Suu Kyi on 28 December 2011, No. 247 of 30 December 2011.

In order to regulate the collection, collation, transfer, custody and use of major activity files in the province, to ensure the integrity and integrity of major activity files and to promote political, economic, cultural and social development, and to develop this approach in the light of laws, regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Archives Act.

Article 2 of this approach refers to historical records of the various forms, such as languages, maps, voices, electronics, symbolic in kind, which are directly generated in major activities.

Article 3.

(ii) Activities of party and national leaders, such as inspection, investigation and work guidance in this province;

(iii) High-level politicians, such as Heads of State and Government, and personalities of the various communities outside the country, the study of friendly groups in this province, the visit, etc.;

(iv) The important meetings of the Party at all levels of the province, the Grande, the Government, the Parliament and the Committee;

(v) Activities such as the High-level Party, the Humanity, the Government, the principal heads of the Committee, and the prominent scholars participating in important meetings, studies, research studies and work guidance in this administrative region;

(vi) Visits, visits, etc. from the main heads of the National Party at all levels of the province, the Humanity, the Government, the Parliament, the Committee's principal responsibilities;

(vii) Major economic, scientific, cultural, sports, extermination and religious activities in the present administration;

(viii) Storage of serious natural disasters and major responsibilities in the current administrative region;

(ix) Other activities in the present administration have a significant or larger scale.

Article IV governs the management of major activity archives in accordance with the principles of harmonization, strengthening oversight, accountability and central management.

Article 5 Governments of people at the district level should coordinate key issues in the management of major activity archives, establish work mechanisms for the sound archival administration to engage in major activities, and include requirements for the management of major activity archives in the current financial budget.

Article 6. Article 7. Hosting, collating and transferring major events files.

Article 11. Venue and handover of files after major activities:

Article 12. Article 13. Article 14. In accordance with the provisions of the law, regulations, units and individuals that have not transferred archives obligations to the National Integrated Archives shall be kept in good custody of the major activity files that are preserved; no units other than the National Consolidated Archives shall be sold, transferred, granted to any unit or individual, without the approval of the Government's archives.

For the above-mentioned units or individuals, for other reasons, are not conducive to the safe custody of the archives, the archives administration can take measures in accordance with the law to ensure the integrity and security of the archives.

Article 15 encourages relevant organizations and citizens to contribute to the National Integrated Architecture and sell major activity files.

Article 16 grants to the National Integrated Archives and units that store major activity files, may make a limitation on the part of their archives that are not readily accessible to society, and may not be used for the purposes of their donation and storage of archives, and the National Integrated Archives should preserve their legitimate rights and interests.

The National Integrated Archives at all levels can be made available to society through publications such as newspapers, books, and the media, such as radio, television, computer networks, etc., as well as by stereotypes, exhibitions.

The National Integrated Archives at all levels should establish a thematic directory of major activity files, enhance the informationization of archives and increase the level of use of major activity files.

Article 19 units and individuals that make a prominent contribution in the collection, collation, transfer, protection and provision of major activity files, and the Government of the above-ranking people or the relevant sectors should be recognized and rewarded.

Article 21, in violation of this approach, provides that one of the following acts shall be criticized by the administration of the archives of the Government of the more than 10,000 people at the district level and subject to a fine of more than 500,000 dollars for individuals under the law of the Republic of China on the basis of the application of the Archives Act;

(i) Restructification, falsification, destruction and loss of the archives of all major activities of the State;

(ii) To provide, copy, publish and destroy all major activity files belonging to the State.

Article 2 deals unlawfully with the sale or sale of major activity files, grants to foreigners, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the laws, regulations and regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Archives Act.

Article 23 of this approach is implemented effective 1 March 2012.
