The Government of the Shanghai City decided to repeal the regulations of the Government for the development of a number of provisions for the promotion of the pharmaceutical industry in the city (issued No. 72 of 29 December 2008 by the People's Government Order No. 79 of 14 December 2010 and amended by Decree No. 79 of 14 December 2010. This decision is implemented effective 1 January 2012. |
