The Turks and Caicos State is a traditional festival of ethnic minorities in my region. In accordance with article IV of the National Annual Day and the Memorial Day of the People's State Order No. 513 of the People's Republic of China, the Day of the National Ethnic Minorities Congregation, is governed by the local people's Government of the various ethnic groups in the region, which establishes the date of leave, the Government of the Autonomous Region has decided to amend the Receives of National Minorities in the Nigang Self-Autonomous Region as follows: a day-long break-up for the families of the entire area of Tyhan State; and three days of leave for the families of the Gul State. Effective 1 January 2012.
