(Summit meeting of the Government of the Hygis of 19 December 2011 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 8 of 22 December 2011 by the Government of the Hygiene People's Republic of Honour, effective 1 February 2012)

Article 1 provides for the strengthening of the protection of the water environment and fisheries resources of the Red Cross Lake, the Spending Lake (hereinafter referred to as “two lakes”), the preservation of the ecological balance of the water system, the regulation of swing and simmer behaviour, and the development of this provision in line with the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China, the Fisheries Act of the People's Republic of China, the Water Pollution Control Act of the People's Republic of China, the Land Soil Control Act of the People's Republic of China and the regulations of the podium Streams.

Article 2 applies to the “two lake” waters and the lakes administered by the two lakes management authorities of the city's Government within the administrative area of Honour.

Article 3 is responsible for the implementation of this provision by the authorities of the two lakes.

Article IV, “two lakes” water-level protected area prohibits swimming and tiny.

Article 5

(i) Redress: North Helio Island, to the Oriental Institute of Electrical Technology, the Training Centre for Work and Clinic, to the North-South-to-bustry holes along the river of protected areas at the lake water source level, to the west and to the wing line;

(ii) Half lakes: 1257.5 Highway mountains in the northern part of the West Bank, along the area of protected areas at the level of drinking water in the hundreds of lakes until the town of Juch, east to pave the floor, slope of the slope, south-to-Voice mountains, west to the river dams, and the old landline.

The above-mentioned provisions prohibit regional maps of swimm and fervent, which are organized by the authorities of the two lakes of the Government of the city and made public to society.

Article 6

Article 7, in a non-revention of swimming and severing regions, persons carrying out vertical pathways should be subject to the following provisions:

(i) To prohibit the feeding of feeds to water bodies and to induce the way “ponds feed”;

(ii) The prohibition of temporary constructions, such as wearing fish.

Article 8 personnel who operate within the framework of “two lakes” administered by the authorities of the two lakes shall be subject to the following provisions:

(i) Prohibition of inclination;

(ii) Prohibition of unauthorized alterations and destruction of public safety facilities such as junctions, intents, safety alerts.

Article 9. The authorities of the two lakes of the Government of the city should strengthen, in accordance with the law, the monitoring of the swing and vertical conduct of the waters of the Lake, conduct regular inspections and inspections, and discourage and detect the violation of swimming and vertical.

Article 10, in violation of article IV of this provision, protects the swimming, vertical and long-range in the region at the source of drinking water, in accordance with article 81 of the People's Republic of China Water Pollution Control Act and punishes it.

Article 11, in violation of article 5, paragraph 1, of the present article, imposes a duty to stop the offence, to give a warning and to impose a fine of up to 300 dollars.

Article 12, in violation of article 7, paragraph (i), of this provision, imposes a duty to stop the offence, provide a warning and impose a fine of 200 dollars; and, in violation of subparagraph (ii), the deadline for the removal of the deadline and imposes a fine of more than 1,000 dollars.

Article 13, in violation of article 8, paragraph (i), imposes a fine of 50 fines; in violation of subparagraph (ii), an obligation to stop the offence and impose a fine of more than 100 million dollars, resulting in loss and compensation under the law.

Article 14.
