Decision of the Government of the Grand Horizon on the revision of the Modalities for Road Access to the Remurata City

(Summit No. 127 Permanent Meeting of the People's Government of Kingston, 25 June 2012 to consider the adoption of the Order No. 265 of 28 June 2012 of the Order of the Government of the People of the Republic of the Republic of China, dated 1 July 2012.

The Government of the city has decided to amend the Modalities for the Modalities in the Restitutional City.

I, article 1, as amended, provides for the development of this approach, in order to fully perform the transport functions of the urban roads in the main urban areas of my city, to improve the urban roads and to improve the urban environment.

Article 2, paragraph 1, has been amended to cover the management of road fees in the middle of the city, the northern area, the southern shore area, the Slave dam area, the nine trajectory area, the northern area, the northern area, the northern horrendous area of administration (hereinafter referred to as the main city area) and the crossing of the city's highway (North-Mai-South-North-South Pup-fish-up-to-Un-North).

Paragraph 2 amends the management of highway charges other than the urban Highway, which is not applicable.

Article IV, paragraph 1, was amended to pay a motor vehicle for the year of movement of road blocks bypassing the city's highway, and by the main urban area other than the highway provided in article 2, paragraph 2, of this approach, no longer pay the same time.

Article 7, paragraph 2, was amended to read as follows: motor vehicles in registered or relocated to the main urban area should pay the annual fee for road bridges on the basis of the remaining days and fees for the year.

This decision is implemented effective 1 July 2012.

The management scheme for the movement of road bridges in the main city of Zhenmin was released in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Management fee collection for road bridges in the main city of Zion (as amended in 2012)

Decision No. 187 of 13 September 2005 on the revision of the Ordinance of the Government of the People's Republic of Hong Kong on 21 December 2009 (No. 261 of the Order of the Government of the Republic of the Great Socialist Republic) on the revision of the Ordinance on the Abolition, Continuation and Amendment of Partial Government Ordinance No. 265 of 8 February 2012)

Article I, in order to fully perform the transport functions of the urban roads in the main urban areas of my city, improve the urban roads and improve the urban development environment, develop this approach in accordance with the provisions of the State Department's Urban Road Management Regulations and the Rejuven Municipal Facilities Management Regulations.

Article 2

It is not applicable to the management of highway charges other than the urban Highway.

Article 3. Management and related coordination of road bridge travel costs are the responsibility of municipal administration authorities.

Public safety, transportation, construction, prices and finance should be aligned with the administration of the municipal administrations to manage the cost of road bridges in line with their respective responsibilities.

Article IV provides for the movement of motor vehicles at the road bridge crossings bypassing the highway in the city and other road blocks other than those provided for in article 2, paragraph 2, of this approach.

The motor vehicle paying the road block should pay another highway cost.

Article 5 provides for a one-time payment of the annual fee for road bridges in accordance with this approach, where mobile vehicles or motor vehicles are registered in the main city area.

When motor vehicles other than the previous paragraph (hereinafter referred to as mobile vehicles outside the main urban area) enter the main urban area, the payment of the road blocks should be made in accordance with the provisions of this scheme, or a one-time payment of the annual travel rate.

The place of residence for all motor vehicles refers to the location set out in the resident identification card or the registration address of legal persons, other organizations.

Article 6. The cost of access to the road bridge is charged by the administrative cause and the income is paid in full to the city-level treasury and is included in the budget management.

The travel rate is charged by the municipal administration authorities in accordance with the requirements of the municipal non-levant income management system. The market access point is made public by the municipal finance sector with the municipal administration authorities, and is part of the high-speed highway charges that can be attributed to the town.

The municipal administration authorities should establish an open and public participation system with the relevant authorities of the municipal government for the management of road bridges.

Article 8. Article 10 is paid on a day-to-day basis for the passage of the road blocks, which is valid for 24 hours in the main urban area. Lobby receipts should be properly maintained and escorted to test.

Article 11. Costs for road bridges are charged primarily to cover rental costs for the road bridge, maintenance costs for the road bridge and the costs associated with road bridges.

Road block facilities should maintain facilities in accordance with the relevant technical norms and ensure the proper functioning of the facility. The maintenance of urban road bridges should be subject to the supervision, guidance and guidance of municipal administrative authorities; the maintenance of roads should be monitored and directed by municipal transport administration authorities.

The motor vehicle (other than military cars) free of the payment rate should be sent to the municipal administrative authorities for the processing of the exemption proceedings and the receipt of the heavy traffic information card and the free mark.

The free mark should be placed on the right corner of the front-wing of the wind glass to test.

Article 14. Article 17, in violation of the provisions of this approach, is addressed by the municipal administration authorities or by the municipal administration inspectorate, as set out below:

Article 18, in violation of this approach, provides for the unauthorized establishment of a fee station to collect a road bridge fee, which is prohibited and punished by the relevant authorities in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 23 of this approach is implemented effective 1 October 2005. The Government of the Grande Town's Decision on the revision of the management scheme for the movement of the road bridges in the main city (No. 135 of the Order of the People's Government of the Grand Horizon) and the decision of the Government of the Grand Horizon to modify the movement rate of the city's main city (No. 154) were repealed.
