In order to achieve the concept of “one-stop” services, further efficiencies in administrative approvals have been improved effectively in the area of investment in soft-enhanced environments, and decisions have been taken to decentralize collateral collateral levies on administrative matters in the relevant sectors of the city:

Urban Housing and Urban Rural Development Agency

1 Piracy and project receipt

In order to facilitate business procedures and improve the efficiency of the conduct of the operation, the management of the BMS and the project receipts are delegated.

Operational activities such as warehousing logistics, external trade, international procurement, distribution and delivery are promoted to strengthen the shores, logistics, processing functions of the collateral levies. The decentralization of parking areas will be registered in the movable communes of the movable companies.

After the decentralization of the parking authority in the above-mentioned approval matters, the parking authority shall take effective measures to increase the efficiency of the approval process by more than 40 per cent. At the same time, the functional sectors of the city should optimize other clearance matters, simulating industrial project processes to the real, providing quality services and a good investment environment for enterprises.
