Urban sculine management approach in the city of spring

(Adopted by the 51st ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the Länder on 1 June 2012 No. 35 of the Order of the People's Government of the Länder on 1 June 2012)

Article I, in order to strengthen the management of urban senshrines, promote the development of urban stereotypes for healthy development, develop this approach in line with the laws, regulations and related provisions of the People's Republic of China Rural and Rural Planning Act.

Article II applies to the planning, construction and management of urban sensitization within the city area.

Article 3 of this approach states urban senshrines that are built on roads, squares, greenfields, residential areas, winds, public buildings and other activities.

Article IV. Urban simulation should be guided by the principles of integrated planning, thematic clarity, content health, artistic integrity and structured development, focusing on coordination with the overall urban environment.

Article 5 Urban and urban planning authorities are responsible for the management of the city's creativity.

Article 6. The urban and rural planning authorities shall, in accordance with the overall planning of the city, prepare specific urban scultural planning in conjunction with the economic, social and economic development of the city and post-community government approval.

Article 7 should be developed and implemented in accordance with the specific planning of urban senshrines, the development and implementation of the urban sculpture implementation plan, and be responsible for the planning, organization of the World Skilling Congress and the invitation of the International Skills.

Article 8. Construction of urban senshrines should be approved by urban and rural planning authorities.

The design programmes for urban senshrines established by Article 11 countries, provinces and municipalities, as well as major urban areas such as roads, squares, vehicle stations, airports, radios and exhibitions, greenfields, wind poles, etc., have been collected by philanthropic sensors through tendering or public solicitation.

Article 12 Mapping units should be required to relocate the ground and to produce measurement reports.

Article 15 prohibits the construction of urban senshrines containing the following:

(iv) It may trigger social contradictions and jeopardize social stability;

(v) Other elements prohibited by law, legislation.

Article 16 personnel involved in urban simulation designs in this city should be held in the National Relevant Departments' Approval of the Urban Skills Creation Award to the City Skills Restruction.

Where units or individuals are involved in urban simulation in this city, information should be made available to the municipal sculpture.

Article 27 of this approach is implemented effective 15 July 2012. The Modalities for Urban Skillage Management, published by the Government of the city on 1 September 2002, were also repealed.
