Modalities for the implementation of the Local Carriage Regulations in the city of Nimbo

(The 2nd ordinary meeting of the People's Government of New York, 3 May 2012, considered the adoption of the Decree No. 197 of 14 May 2012 No. 197 of the Order of the People's Government of Cape Town, New York, 1 July 2012.

In order to regulate the work of the local logs, scientific, reasonable exploitation of local logs plays a role in promoting the economic and social development of the city, and in accordance with the State Department's Local Chart Work Regulations, this approach is being developed in conjunction with this city.

Article 2

Article 3 refers to local logs as described in this approach, which refer to local logs and local integrated Yearbooks codified by municipalities and districts (markets).

The local book means information literature on the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social parts of the administrative region, which is systematically documented.

The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the physical, political, economic, cultural, social and cultural aspects of the present administrative region.

Article IV. Governments of municipalities and districts (communes) should strengthen their leadership in the work of the local logs in this administrative region and develop local logs development planning. Requirements for local work are included in the current financial budget.

Article 5

(i) Organizing, coordinating, guiding, monitoring and inspection of local logs in the current administrative region;

(ii) The development of local log development planning and local codification programmes;

(iii) Organizing the compilation, review, publication of local logs, local integrated Yearbooks and other local literature;

(iv) To collect, preserve local logic literature and information on the ground, to organize documentation of the old and local history;

(v) Conduct local doctrine studies, operational training, outreach and foreign cooperation;

(vi) Develop, utilize local resources to promote information-making in government science and policy-making and public advisory services for all sectors of society;

(vii) Other matters to be delivered by the Government of the people at this level and by the top-level local community.

Article 6. The local logs of the city and the district (market) area have been updated around 20 years, and the local integrated Yearbook is published annually.

In the event of a special event, a compilation of the presentations could be organized in due course.

Article 7 is codified by the local directory of the local name of the city and the district (market) region and the local integrated Yearbook, which is carried out by the local parentworking agency in accordance with the planning organization, with other organizations and individuals not codified.

Article 10. The local authors should be able to perform their duties, objectively impartial and faithfully.

Article 11 Tertiary work agencies should establish a system of local logging. State bodies, social groups, business units or other organizations, and individuals should provide support.

The local work agencies can use information resources such as archives, libraries, museums, etc. that are centrally preserved, such as access, replication and reproduction of relevant information, except in relation to State secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy and incompatible with the conditions of openness.

Units and individuals are encouraged to provide local logic literature and information to local institutions in all their forms. All persons or holder of local logs provide valuable information and receive adequate compensation.

Article 12. The codification of the local log should involve experts, scholars.

In accordance with the conditions of higher education, scientific institutions and expert scholars, and with the signing of a commissioning agreement with local logs, may participate in the codification of some local works, the relevant sectors should be supported and monitored by law.

Article 13

(i) In conformity with the provisions of laws, regulations, such as confidentiality, archives;

(ii) A comprehensive and objective reflection of the history and status of natural, political, economic, cultural and social conditions in the current administrative region;

(iii) Consistency with logic;

(iv) The precise formulation of the text and the reasonableness of the biannual structure;

(v) Standard symbols, standards for the use of measurement units and figures;

(vi) Printing is consistent with publishing requirements.

Article 14. The local log shall be published in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the Government of the province, subject to review, inspection, approval.

A local log has been reviewed for receipt or approval, without the prior review of the receipt or approval of the institution's consent shall not be subject to any unauthorized modification.

Article 15. The right to work of the local log and the local integrated Yearbook is the subject of the right to work by the organization's codified local bodies and the right to participate in the codification.

Article 16 shall be sent within three months of the publication to the local logs of the Government of the High-level People; the town book and the administrative village log shall be submitted to the local logs of the district (commune) where they are sent within three months of publication.

Article 17 State organs, social groups, business units and units, organizations or individuals entrusted to participate in the preparation of the codification mandate should be kept in the custody of the local log bodies and should not be disposed of without undue delay.

Article 18 Tertiary institutions should strengthen cooperation with archives, museums, party History, libraries, higher institutions and scientific institutions.

Article 22 compiles local logs with military content and should be in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Central Council on the codification of military logs.

Article 23. Relevant work of local professional logs and local professional Yearbooks is carried out in the light of this approach.

The local professional book refers to a comprehensive and systematic document of information on the history and status of a particular area of the administrative region.

The local professional Yearbook refers to the annual information literature describing a specific area of the present administrative region and the integration of a sector.

Article 24
