Decision of the Government of the People's Republic of the Province to amend the Ship Tax scheme in the Province of Western Province (Act No. 160 of the People's Government Order No. 160 of 8 July 2012)
In accordance with the National People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Act and the National People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Regulations, the Government of the province has decided to amend the scheme for the tax collection of the Ships in the Province of the Republic of China as follows: Amendments to the first “1.6 litres (including)” of the “Term” in the first step of the “Term tax” in the Province of Syongyang Province
The present decision is implemented effective 1 January 2013. The Ship Tax Scheme in the Province of Zan Xai was reissued in accordance with this decision.
Annex (Act No. 153 of 10 January 2012 of the People's Government Order No. 153 of 10 January 2012 on the revision of the Decision of the People's Government of the Republic of China on 8 July 2012. Article 1 establishes this approach in the light of the National People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Act and the National People's Republic of China Carriage Tax Regulations. Serious natural disasters, such as earthquakes, flooding, affect tax difficulties and other special causes, which can be reduced or exempted from car vessel taxes, with the approval of the Provincial Government. The cost-saving energy and the use of new energy trucks are exempted or reduced by a national provision. Article 8 Article 9. The local tax authorities, in accordance with the State's provisions, pay the payment of the payment of the royalties to the dried vessel. Article 10 is implemented since the date of publication.
