Patternal health management approach in Sichuan Province

(Adopted by Decree No. 260 of 31 October 2012 by the Government of the Sichuan Province on 1 December 2012)

Chapter I General

Article 1 promotes economic and social sustainable development, in line with national legislation, legislation and regulations, in order to develop this approach, in line with the laws, regulations and regulations of the State.

Chapter II

Provincial health administration authorities are specifically responsible for patriotic health throughout the province.

Article 8. Chapter III Management and oversight

Article 12 organizes the activities of the patriots in April each year.

Article 15. Implementation of vector protection should be consistent with the relevant standards and management provisions to guarantee safety, avoid and reduce environmental pollution.

Article 16 Governments of the local population at the district level should set up and refine sanitation infrastructure, implement health management systems and meet the health indicators set out in the State and in this province, in accordance with urban standards.

Article 17

Article 21 advocates non-smoking in public places. No smoking is prohibited by the Government of the Provincial People.

Article 2 establishes a system of evaluation of the levels of patriotic health. Evaluations of the level of social health and the standard of living of the population are organized and findings are regularly published.

The unit should establish a health inspection evaluation system to conduct regular hygiene self-recovery.

Article 23. The Government of the people at the local level should establish a system of mass surveillance of patriots, complaints telephones and other means of contact that would affect patriots in a timely manner.

The media are overseeing the work of patriotic health.

Units and individuals should be inspected by the supervision of the work of patriotic health, which should be restructured within the prescribed time frame.

Article 24 Governments at the local level should organize and promote the creation of health cities, hygienic districts (zone), communes (at the streets), hygienic villages (unitions) to develop and implement plans to guarantee the creation of activities, in accordance with national and provincial standards.

Chapter IV Corporal punishment
