Market supervision management approach for the construction of information systems in Foang

(Adopted by the 96th Standing Committee of the People's Government of Foford on 30 August 2012 No. 119 of 4 September 2012 for the publication of the People's Government Order No. 119 of 1 December 2012)

Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the monitoring management of the information system construction market, to improve the quality of information systems works and to promote the development of information, to develop this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

The Government of the communes, districts (markets, districts) should clearly assume the responsibility for the management of the information system engineering construction market (hereinafter referred to as the construction of market supervision management in information systems works in the present administration).

The construction of market monitoring management in the information system at the district level should be regularly communicated to the integrated and coordinated information management sector on market oversight in the construction of information systems.

More than the people at the district level are in the management of the information system construction market within their respective responsibilities.

Information systems engineering should implement national standards and industry standards. Local standards may be established by law for the absence of national standards and industry standards.

Chapter II

Article 7 units engaged in information systems engineering advice, design, solicitation, collation, inspection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the information system engineering construction market) shall carry out construction activities in accordance with the laws, regulations, regulations and related standards, assume security confidentiality obligations, and shall not be transferred, subcontracted or transferred.

(v) A pool of units has not been developed in accordance with the standards and design documents relating to the construction of the information system, or have been able to modify the design of the works or to reduce the standards and quality of construction works;

(vi) The inspection unit did not conduct a test of the functionality and performance of the information system works in accordance with the standards concerned and gave false test reports.

Article 33, the subject of the information system construction market violates the relevant confidentiality provisions, which are punishable by law by the authorities of the Principality.

Article 31
