Standardized management of public information symbols in the city of Sichuan

(Summit No. 108 of 14 November 2012 of the Government of the Greater Sichuan City to consider the adoption of the Decree No. 10 of 22 November 2012 by the Government of the Guichuan City of 22 November 2013, effective 1 January 2013)

Article 1, in order to enhance the standardization of public information symbols, to facilitate public life and to increase the level and level of urban civilization, to develop this approach in line with the laws, regulations, such as the Standardization Act of the People's Republic of China, the Standardized Law of the People's Republic of China.

Parts and individuals involved in the production, sale and installation of public information symbols within the city's administration should be subject to this approach.

Article IV. Governments of municipalities, districts (markets) should strengthen their leadership and building in the standardization of public information symbols and include them in urban construction and tourism development planning.

In line with national, industry and local standards, the municipal quality technical oversight sector has organized and, where appropriate, revised a directory of implementation standards for public information symbols in the Galichuan City (hereinafter referred to as “the directory”), to prepare and revise the directory of the directory, upon approval by the Government of the People's Government of the city and to inform the relevant industry authorities.

Article 11. National, industrial, local standards have not been developed, public regional and public facility managers or operators can produce public information symbols on their own initiative and report on quality technical supervision sector clearance.

Article 12. The Quality Technical Monitoring Service is responsible for providing access to public information mark-related standards for society and for public information mark standards, training and technical services, guidance, etc.

The Public Information Signatories Unit should conduct regular inspections and maintenance of public information signs within their jurisdiction. When public information signs are damaged, degenerated, units should be repaired in a timely manner, updated and maintain the integrity and integrity of public information symbols.

Article 14. In violation of this approach, one of the following acts is punished by the quality technical oversight component:

Article 15 Standardized monitoring of public information symbols by managers of abuse of authority, infrastructive fraud in the management of public information symbols, and by law, constitutes a crime and hold criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.

Article 16 is implemented effective 1 January 2013.
