Methodology for the implementation of the Code of Work in the Province of Zangan

Article 1 strengthens and regulates the work of local logs, develops the role of local grams in promoting economic and social development, and develops this approach in the light of the Regulations on Work and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2

This approach refers to local logs, which are codified by the communes' government organizations, with the name of the name of the local book and the local consolidated Yearbook.

Other books and Yearbooks referred to in this approach refer to information literature, such as the professional logs, townships, village logs and professional Yearbooks, codified by organs, social groups, business units, other organizations and individual organizations.

Article 3. The Government of the people at the district level should strengthen the leadership of the local logs in the current administrative region, integrate local work into national economic and social development planning, promote local work institutions and incorporate local logic requirements into the current financial budget.

Article 4

The relevant sectors such as the development and reform, finance, culture, press publication, confidentiality, archives, etc. at the district level, should be able to carry out local work in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

Article 5

More than the people's local logic agencies at the district level assume the day-to-day work of the Commission.

The top-level local work agencies should strengthen operational guidance for the lower-level local community working bodies to coordinate issues related to the work of local logs.

Article 6

(i) Organization, guidance, promotion and inspection of local logs;

(ii) The development of local logs planning and codification programmes and the establishment and improvement of local logwork systems;

(iii) Compilation and review of receipts by specific organizations with local logs, local integrated Yearbooks;

(iv) To collect, collate, maintain local logic literature and information to promote local logic research;

(v) Organizing training for local logging operations;

(vi) Organizing the development of local resources;

(vii) To guide the codification of other books and Yearbooks;

(viii) To complete the work carried out by the Government of the people at this level and the parent-level local community.

Article 7 compiles local logs, other logs and Yearbooks, which should be truly realistic in order to ensure quality, comprehensive, objective and systematic reflection of history and status.

Article 8. The provincial local logic institutions should organize the development of provincial local logs planning, post-approved implementation by the provincial people's Government and report back to the national local work guidance institution.

The communes of the communes (communes, districts) should organize the development of local works planning for the current administrative region, with the approval of the Government of the current people and the presentation of the top-level local logs.

Article 9

Article 10 The local authors should have the corresponding expertise. The local authorities of the people at the district level should strengthen operational training for local authors.

The preparation of local logs should involve experts, scholars.

The local logic of the National Self-Government region should be codified with the participation of ethnic minorities.

Higher colleges are encouraged to develop professional or curriculum related to local logs and to develop local logs to codify professionals.

Article 11. Local authorities of the Government of the People at the district level may collect information on the local logs to organs, social groups, business units, other organizations and individuals, which should be supported. Article 13 provides for a review of the receipt system. Article 17

The local logic agencies of the people at the district level should strengthen the development of local resources, in conjunction with the needs of local economic development, carry out research on projects to serve in science policymaking.

Article 21, in violation of the provisions of this approach, provides that the relevant laws, regulations and regulations have legal responsibilities.

In violation of this approach, there is one of the following acts, which are being restructured by the local authorities of the people at the district level and by the competent and other direct responsible persons entitled to be directly responsible under the authority of management:

(i) After the adoption of the local book review of the receipt, the local book review has been amended on its own initiative;

(ii) The timely archiving, destruction or transfer of information and correspondence should not be made in accordance with the law.

Article 24 Abuse of authority, negligence, infrastructural fraud by staff members of the local authorities of the people at the district level, by law by the competent body responsible for direct responsibility under the authority of management and other direct personnel.
