Water-saving management approach for special industries in the city of Sichuan

(Summit No. 107th ordinary meeting of the Government of the Greater Sichuan City on 8 November 2012 to consider the adoption of the Decree No. 9 of 23 November 2012 by the Government of the Greater Sichuan City of 23 November 2012 for publication of the implementation of 24 December 2012.

Article 1, in order to strengthen water conservation in urban special industries, regulates water use practices in special industries, based on the Water-saving Water Regulations in the Nin summer Self-Government Zone, the Water Resources Management Regulations in the city of Sichuan.

Article 3. The municipal construction authorities are responsible for the management of water-saving management in the specific industries of the city, where the city water management agencies are specifically responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of water-saving management in special industries.

Relevant authorities, such as water, transport, planning, sports, business and industry, are dividing the management of water-saving management in special industries in line with their respective responsibilities.

Article IV projects for new, alteration and expansion of special industries should be accompanied by construction and use of State-mandated water facilities.

The water facility should be designed in parallel with the main works, along with construction and delivery. Following the completion of construction projects, construction units should invite municipal water management agencies to participate in the receipt. Unless experienced receipts or experiences are not qualified, they cannot be delivered.

Article 5 Water units and individuals already approved and operated in specific industries should be adapted to water facilities, and water technology adaptation should use State-designated water equipment.

The units and individuals of the new special industry should be declared to the urban water-saving management authorities after registration.

Water in special industries should be integrated into urban public water management networks, the introduction of planned water supply management, the implementation of the water overplanting standards and the non-release water.

Article 7 has been constructed by the unit's washing, ablution centre (rooms) and its water use is integrated into the management of the water supply targets planned for this unit, without the quarterly declaration of water indicators or waste of water resources, and the urban water management authorities have recovered their water use by 30 per cent of the month of buoyage, as required, after the replacement of water standards.

Article 8. Urban water management agencies should conduct regular inspections of water use in special industries and the use of water-efficient devices, finding that the issue should be communicated to the length of time.
