Decision of the Government of the Nahr el-Sheikh to amend the provisions on the management of sancies in the city of Shasha

(Summit 54th ordinary meeting of the Thirteenth People's Government of Sharm el-Sheikh, 26 November 2012 to consider the adoption of Decree No. 121 of 20 December 2012 on the date of publication)

In accordance with the National People's Republic of China Act on Administrative Forced Labour, the Government of the city decided to amend the provisions on the management of sancies in the city of Shasha (No. 100 of the Municipal Government Order) as follows:

Article 17 amends as follows: “No bonus shall be obtained for the spirants of the city of Sharm, which may be fined by a public security authority of up to 1,000 dollars”.

ii. Article 18 amends to read: “Instructors who are involved but do not consign with a dormit or consortium do not have an effective licence certificate and Immunization certificate to be performed by a public security authority to provide an effective licence certificate of the ombudsman and may impose a fine of up to 200 dollars; public security authorities may not provide a fine of up to 1,000 dollars.”

Delete former article 20.

In addition, the order of the provisions is adjusted accordingly in accordance with this decision.

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.

The Urban Toolkit Management Provisions of the Governors of Shasha City are re-published in accordance with this decision.

Annex: Regulation for the management of sancies in the city of Shasha (as amended in 2012) (adopted by the Government of the people of the city of Shasha on 4 April 2006 in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the People's Republic of the Governor of 20 December 2012 to amend the regulations governing the management of sanctuaries in the city of Shasha).

Article 1 establishes this provision in the light of the provisions of the laws, regulations and regulations, such as the National People's Republic of China Act on the Control of Infectious Diseases and the Southern Province of Lake (The People's Republic of China's Animal Prevention Act).

Article 2 uses this provision for feeding, operation and management activities within the city's only (with the exception of military dogs, dogs).

Article 5

(i) Offices, hospitals;

(ii) Teaching and student accommodation areas in schools;

(iii) Group accommodation area.

Article 6 prohibits the establishment of a garette in the urban area (other than animal gardens).

It is prohibited to cultivate shines, large cells in residential areas, with specific varieties and high body, weight criteria established by public security agencies and published to society.

Insects such as organ, group, treasury, treasury, scientific laboratory dogs and performance ventons, and stereotypes for blind people, are not subject to the limitations set out above.

Article 7. Toolators shall meet the following conditions:

Article 9 provides for an effective period of one year for the Town of Sharm.

(iv) During major events organized by the Government of the people at the district level, no monopoly shall be allowed to enter the area of activity only;

(v) The prohibition of the use of crafts for only buses;

(vi) Toolets only outside the household and the porters should be removed immediately;

(vii) Abductor should take effective measures to prevent the physical damage and the normal life of others;

(viii) Other provisions of laws, regulations.

The treasury enters the premises set out in subparagraphs (iii), (iv), (v) of this article, regional sites, regional management, service personnel are entitled to stop them.

Article 14. In the case of a veterans, a corresponding professional technic and the corresponding equipment, facilities, places, and access to an animal medical licence granted by the veterinary medical sector should be made available.

The operation should be governed by law by the Epidemiological Licence and licensed to the business administration.

Article 17 does not obtain the exclusive creativity of the Long City of Skill, which may be fined by the public security authority of up to 1000.

Article 18 contains only an expatriate containing an effective licence certificate and Immunization certificate only to the owner but not a consignor or a licensor; the public security authority is responsible for providing an effective licence certificate to the licensor and may impose a fine of up to 200 dollars; the public safety authority may not be provided with a fine of up to 1,000 dollars.

Article 25 The sanctuary management provisions in the town of Shasha City (Ministerial Order No. 51) were also repealed.
