Article 1 regulates the management of wetlands parks, protects parks, protects the environment, promotes the sustainable use of wetlands resources, and establishes this provision in conjunction with the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 2 units and individuals operating in urban wetlands parks in the stream countries should comply with this provision.

Article 3. The National Urban Wetland Park Management Service, which is owned by the stream people's government, is the park's body responsible for specific management and is entrusted by the Government of the same people with respect to the administration of the park.

The executive branch, such as planning, agriculture, water, business, tourism, forestry greenification, urban management, environmental protection, housing and land resources, should be coordinated with the protection and management of humi parks in line with the responsibilities.

Article IV provides for the protection, use and management of wetlands parks in the financial budget of the Government of the stream population.

The establishment of multi-tier, multi-source input mechanisms involving governments and various communities to accelerate the development of humid parks.

Any units and individuals have the obligation to protect the resources of the wetlands park, the natural ecological environment and facilities, and have the right to report, stop the destruction of the wetlands park.

Article 6. Wetland park management shall perform the following duties:

(i) The establishment of cruise parks will be known, indicative intentions, instructions, brands, boundary brands, interfaces, express charges, standards, and based on the publication of service monitoring telephones;

(ii) Staffing, training guided tours, distributing, greening;

(iii) Improve sanitation infrastructure and establish sanitation responsibilities;

(iv) The development of security emergency scenarios to prevent security accidents;

(v) Identifying the largest number of slum-control, in accordance with environmental capacity and ecological balance needs, and implement important regional rotations, closure systems;

(vi) Establish a management system that clearly regulates responsibility.

Article 7. Persons entering the wetlands park shall be subject to the relevant provisions to protect the resources of the wetlands, to protect public facilities and to maintain sanitation and public order.

The following acts are prohibited under the wetlands park:

(i) Settle, fishing, hunting;

(ii) To carry slogans such as slogans;

(iii) In designated regional outdoor accommodations, wild cooks, burns;

(iv) Incest of garbage;

(v) laundry, cooking and bleaching;

(vi) To extract, extract and excavate plants;

(vii) Damage to greenization and public facilities;

(viii) Consequently, trajectives;

(ix) Instruction, peripheral, landing, blocking water and water;

(x) Exhumation of cement, sand, excavation of rivers, peripheral fields, desertlands, occupation of wetlands and changing wetlands.

Article 8 bans swimming and long-range fish from the stream bridges in the wetlands park.

Article 9. Villagers in wetlands parks shall not violate the provisions for the construction of homes and other buildings, constructions.

The construction projects in the wetlands park should be in line with planning requirements and, with the agreement of the parking administration, are reported in accordance with the procedures established by the law, regulations.

The units and individuals authorized to carry out construction activities in the wetlands park should protect the resources of the wetlands and the natural ecological environment, and take measures such as the construction site. After construction activities, the sites should be cleaned up in a timely manner and the landscape should be restored.

Article 10 provides for the operation of the service network sites in the wetlands park, which is organized by the park management agencies in planning, environmental protection, construction, business, etc.

The operators shall operate within the regional, location and scope of the license. Restrictions, builds, builds, expands the area of operation and condones and sells commodities outside the area of business.

Article 11. Mobile vehicles and non-modile vehicles for villagers in wetlands parks should be moved quickly in accordance with prescribed routes.

There is no other motor vehicles, non-mocile vehicles, except for mobile vehicles carrying out official duties, such as emergency hijacking, and non-motive vehicles, such as child cars, protective vehicles.

The total number of tourists in the wetlands park is under control and are routed according to the prescribed lines.

Article 12 Public service activities are organized by units or individuals within wetlands parks and shall be agreed by the park administration.

Article 13, in violation of paragraphs 1 to 8 of Article 7, paragraph 2, of this provision, is subject to a fine of more than 200,000 dollars, and a fine of up to 500,000 dollars in violation of article 9 and X.

In violation of article 7, penalties are imposed in accordance with the terms of delegated authority and integrated urban law enforcement.

The destruction of the ecological resources of the wetlands park is punishable by the relevant administrations in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, legislation and regulations.

Article XIV, in violation of article 8 of the present article, is subject to an immediate change in the executive order of urban administration and a fine of up to US$ 100.

Article 15. In violation of article 9, paragraphs 1, 2 and 2, of this provision, the construction of an administrative enforcement authority in urban administration has stopped construction, the removal of buildings, constructions and punishment under the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

In violation of article 9, paragraph 3, of the present article, the deadline for the clearance of administrative law enforcement authorities in urban administration, the unexplained and the imposition of a fine of more than 500 thousand dollars.

Article 16, in violation of article 10, paragraph 2, of the present provision, provides for the unauthorizedization of squatters, the construction, the establishment of sites and the renunciation of the goods sold in the area of business, which is banned by the wet park administration in collaboration with urban management and fines of up to $50 million.

Article 17, in violation of article 11 of this provision, is immediately corrected by a wet park management authority, rejects the correctness and punishes the public safety transport authorities in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations.

Article 18 Wetland park administration does not perform this mandate and is subject to administrative disposition by law to the competent and direct responsibilities directly responsible.

Article 19 This approach is implemented effective 1 March 2013.
