Local logs in the city of Blue Island

(Summit 14th Session of the Government of the Youth of 18 December 2012 to consider the publication, effective 1 February 2013, of the Decree No. 224 of 28 December 2012.

Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to regulate the work of the local logs, plays the role of local polarization and the promotion of economic and social development, and in accordance with the State Department's Regulations on the Work of the Chittagong Province and the Regulations on the Work of the Local History of the Province of San Suu Kyi, which are in effect in the city.

Article 2

Article 3 refers to local logs, including local logs, local integrated Yearbooks, professional logs, professional Yearbooks and relevant literature.

The local book refers to the comprehensive system of the information literature on the natural, political, economic, cultural, social history and status of the administrative region, including the city logs and the regional (market).

The local integrated Yearbook refers to the annual information literature on the physical, political, economic, cultural, social and cultural aspects of the present administrative region, including the city's Yearbook and the regional (market).

The professional book refers to the name of the executive region of the city, district (market) and to the reference industry, sector and a specific cause or material, and the comprehensive system reflects information literature on its history and status, including industry, sector log and professional logs.

The professional Yearbook refers to the name of the executive region of the city, district (market), the reference industry, sector and a specific cause or material, and the comprehensive system reflects its annual information literature, including industrial, sectoral and professional Yearbooks.

The relevant geospatial literature refers to the comprehensive system of reference to information literature on relevant areas of the administrative region, in addition to local logs, local integrated Yearbooks, professional logs, professional Yearbooks, including local publications compiled by various organs, social groups, business units and community (leads).

Article IV. The Government of the People's Government is leading the work of local logs within the executive area, the sound local logic institutions, the clear staffing structure, the regulation of operational construction, the safeguarding of working conditions, the integration of local works into national economic and social development planning and the inclusion of requirements in the current financial budget.

Article 5

(i) Advocacy, implementation of laws, regulations, regulations and relevant policies relating to the work of local logs;

(ii) Develop local logs planning and codification programmes to develop local logs and operational norms;

(iii) Organization, guidance, promotion and inspection of local logs;

(iv) Compilation, review, receipt, publication of local logs, local integration Yearbooks, which guide the compilation of professional logs, professional Yearbooks and related literature;

(v) Establish a system for the sound and implementation of the annual reporting system for the collection, collation, preservation of the material literature and information;

(vi) A comprehensive strengthening of informationization and continuous improvement of the local media network to promote the digitalization of the resources of the local logic and to provide services for the social logic;

(vii) Organizing literature on the situation of treasury, such as the old head of school;

(viii) The development of the use of local resources to conduct local studies and local academic studies and to conduct foreign cultural exchanges;

(ix) Training magistrates.

Article 6. The Government of the people of the city, district (market) regularly monitors and informs the work of local logs and local constituencies.

Article 7: units, individuals who have made remarkable achievements and contributions in the work of local logs can be recognized and rewarded in accordance with the provisions.

Chapter II

Article 8. The local logic institutions should compile overall work planning at the grass-roots level, develop local logic planning for the current people's Government, implement with the approval of the Government of the current people and report back to the top-level local work agency.

The local directory of the executive regional name of the city, district (market) and the local integrated Yearbook are codified by the municipal, district (market) local working agencies.

Article 9. The local logs are structured around 20 years, with major regional adjustments, and should be organized in the light of actual circumstances. The local integrated Yearbook was published in the year. The professional book, the professional Yearbook and the relevant geospatial literature are codified by the relevant units.

Article 10 states at all levels of the city, groups of people, business units and other social organizations, as well as central, provincial presences (hereinafter referred to as subsidiaries), shall be defined in accordance with the local work planning and mission of the Government of the city, the local logic of the unit, the participation of the local logging agencies and personnel, and the operational guidance and supervision of local work agencies, and the fulfilment of their tasks in accordance with the prescribed deadlines and quality standards.

Article 11. Integration of local codifyings in the exercise of their duties. Special-time personnel should be trained in professional positions with corresponding expertise and academic levels. Experts, scholars and familiarities in several areas, persons with a high level of codification and volunteers should be included in local logging, and scientific research units, higher institutions and other social organizations should be supported.

The local authors should be faithful to the history and be accurately described. No unit or person shall be required to make false statements in the local log.

Article 12. The local log should be able to achieve real and universal access, with unique cultural values and long-lasting values. The codification and publication of local logs should be consistent with the quality standards established by relevant national legislation, legislation and national, provincial and local logic institutions and the codification of norms.

The codification of local logs involves State secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy and should be subject to the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations, and military content, and should be in compliance with the relevant provisions of the CCC on the codification of military logs.

Article 13 presents the name of the city's executive region and includes a local book for the planning of the local logs, which is submitted by the subsidiaries following the preparation and conduct of internal evaluation by the division of labour organizations; the organization of local councils has generally changed and expert evaluation; the end of the provincial local logs, and published by the municipality's people's Government, and the preparation of the case by the local log agencies. The subsidiaries should be involved in the revision and conduct of the school and be responsible for the relevant content, in accordance with the overall modifications, expert evaluation and end-of-trial advice.

Article 14.

Article 15 is published in a local integrated Yearbook of the name of the city, district (market), organized by the municipal, district (market) local logic agencies, which are published after the review of the approval by the Government of the people at this level, in a copy of the top-level local work agency.

In the city, district (market) executive directory, the relevant geospatial literature, the codification unit shall preside over the codification programme and the basic bibliographical work agency, and the publication of the post-release bibliographical work agency.

The relevant local literature codified by the streets (communes), the community (in the village) is reviewed by the local works agency.

Article 16, by means of a local directory of the name of the city, area (market) administrative region, an integrated local Yearbook, a professional book, and a professional Yearbook, shall be entitled, in accordance with the law, to the competent body of the organization of the work of the local logs and to the persons involved in the codification.

The results of the local work can participate in national, provincial and municipal scientific achievements or related results awards in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Chapter III

Article 17 Territorial institutions may, by law, have the obligation to provide information to all organs, social groups, business units and other social organizations and individuals at all levels.

The relevant units, such as the National Archives, Public Library, State Museums, within the city's administration, should provide information or access services free of charge for the preparation of local works. The national archives, public libraries, State museums should be provided without compensation after the publication of the local log.

Article 18 The Government of the city, district (market) should establish a system for the annual reporting of local logs. The local work agency is responsible for the identification of the annual reporting unit for local logs in the administrative region, and adjustments are required in accordance with the annual reporting requirements of the local log.

Article 19

The sender should send local log information in accordance with the provisions and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.

The Local Chart Information Annual Reporting Unit provides information to relevant units and individuals for the collection of local logs, and the relevant units and individuals should provide support.

Information collected during the preparation of the local log, as well as the written text developed during the codification process, shall be maintained by the local work agency at this level; after the completion of the work of the log, the territorial or archives shall be transferred by law.

The local directory of the regional name of the district (market), the local consolidated Yearbook and the professional book of the name of the city's regional name, the professional Yearbook shall be sent within 30 days of publication to the local work agency.

Chapter IV

Article 21, the municipal, district (communication) local logic institutions should strengthen the development of local logic information and integrate them into the information development planning of the people's Government. The communes should be well developed to improve the urban situation network of Blue Island, and the local communes (communes) should be well developed.

The City of Blue Island network and the commune (market) should be accessible and updated in a timely, accurate and complete manner, outreach channels and ways, enhanced cooperation with other websites, shared local resources, counselling and information services for society.

Article 22 states that local authorities in the city, district (community) shall establish a slogan for the conservation, education, demonstration and free access to the public.

It should strengthen operational management, strengthen public services and actively conduct academic research and domestic and foreign cultural exchanges.

The local donation unit shall be withdrawn or merged and shall be kept in accordance with the law for the timely transfer of the local logic material to the basement.

To encourage units and individuals to do so to do so to do so by granting local literature and remembrance in kind, the local occupier shall issue a certificate of collection to the donor, giving appropriate material incentives for a certain collection value.

Chapter V Legal responsibility

Article 25, in violation of this provision, contains one of the following acts, which are brought to the attention of the people at this level by the local logic to the time limit of the Government's accountability; the impending failure to change; and the accountability of the relevant units and individuals in accordance with the law:

(i) The publication of a local book of name of the executive region of the city or area (market) and a local integrated Yearbook, as appropriate;

(ii) In the absence of a review, inspection, approval, the publication of the local logs planned for the local logs will be made readily available;

(iii) Considerable changes to local logs that have been reviewed;

(iv) To refuse to assume or delay the task of compiling local logs, and the annual reporting of local logs;

(v) To refuse to send a copy or file to the local logic institutions;

(vi) The provision of false local signals that deliberately undermine the material of local logs;

(vii) Failure to maintain information on the local logic or to report it as provided;

(viii) Local logs will be collected and produced.

The former paragraph (i) acts that result in significant loss or adverse effects, and local writing agencies or holding units and related departments may bring proceedings before the People's Court in accordance with the law.

Following the review of the publication of the local book, there is a violation of constitutional, legal, legislative, legislative and regulatory provisions, which is corrected by an order of the same level or at the level of the Government of the population and, in the event of circumstances, accountability for the relevant units and individuals.

Annex VI

Article 27 of the present provision is implemented effective 1 February 2013.
