In accordance with the provisions of the Basic Norms of Administrative Legislation of the Kingston City (Treaty) and adopted at the 2nd ordinary meeting of the People's Government on 16 February 2013, the Government of the city decided to repeal the four regulations, such as the Charge of Chargeable Business Marks and Protection Scheme, which were no longer implemented since the date of publication of this decision; the revised provisions of the Modalities for the management of the burial affairs of the Rejumation; and to continue the implementation of effective 1 January 2013.

Annex 2.

Article 21 of the Modalities for the management of the rejuvenal burial services (No. 134 of the Order of the People's Government) was amended to read:

The burial or humiliation of the remains to be burned shall be altered by the time limit of the closure of the streets' offices or the Government of the communes of the town; the refusal to renovate and fined by the local civil affairs sector of 1000 dollars and the enforcement of the People's Court by law.

The construction of graves outside the cemeteries outside the cemetery and the delineation of the area was changed by the local street office or by the Government of the commune of the town; the refusal to rectify it was to be done by the land or forestry authorities in accordance with the law.
