The Managing Approach to Eclamation in Glin Province, published by the Provincial Government on 9 October 2004, was repealed effective 19 March 2013.

Since 19 March 2013, the management of the forest, grassland laws of the People's Republic of China, which are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of the Congo, the People's Republic of China Act, the contract signed by the parties under the law should be protected, and other related issues related to the repeal of the Ec grass-roots management approach in Glin Province are properly addressed by the local people's organizations of the forest, livestock industry administration.
