Delete article 18, paragraph 3, “Establishment units, owners of the industry not subject to the prescribed payment of the royalties fund, which may be notified in writing by the Commission of the duration of the payment of their payments, which are still outstanding on a daily basis, may receive a lag of 2 per 1,000 dollars of unpaid contributions, and the Commission may also apply for arbitration under the law or the prosecution of the People's Court”.

In addition, in accordance with this decision, the order of some of the provisions of the Livel Industrial Approach is modified and adjusted accordingly.

This decision was implemented on 1 June 2012.

The Liveli Municipal Property Management Scheme was released in accordance with this decision.
