Article 1, in order to strengthen the collection of archives, to improve the current system of archival resources, to effectively manage and utilize archival resources, to develop this approach in the light of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 10 Ways in which archives are collected:

(i) A transfer;

(ii) Accepted donations;

(iii) A place of custody and acceptance;

(iv) acquisition, requisitioning;

(v) Other legal means.

Article 11. Agencies, groups, business units and other organizations at all levels shall determine the location of the unit in accordance with the provisions of the law, regulations, regulations and regulations, and shall be archived in the form of documents, information, documents, such as paper quality, electronic text, etc., in the form of a timely collation, archiving and transfer to the relevant archives.

(iv) Removal of the archives developed by the organs, groups, utilities and temporary agencies, which have been transferred to the same-ranking archives within half of the date of withdrawal;

(v) Archives created by a State enterprise in insolvency, write-off and cancellation, transferred to the same Archives within half of the date of insolvency, write-off and cancellation;

(vi) In the city or district, the temporary units of major events and important events should be transferred to the same archives within three months of the end of the event.
