(The 69th ordinary meeting of the Turkmen Government of 11 January 2013 considered the adoption of the Decree No. 141 of 16 January 2013 by the Government of the People's Republic of China of 1 February 2013)

In order to preserve the unity of the socialist rule, the municipal government has been cleared with the existing government regulations. After clearance, the municipality decides:

Part of the amendments to the regulations of the four Governments

(i) Delete articles 8 and 15, subparagraphs (vi), VII, 9) of the provisional provision for the management of business performance in the city.

(ii) Amend Article 39 of the Urban drainage Management Scheme to read as follows: Unpaid and suspended the use of urban drainage facilities.”

(iii) Delete articles 29 and 35, subparagraphs (vii), (viii), of the Metropolitan Road Carriage Management Scheme, with the amendment to article 35, subparagraph (ii), reads as follows: “No one (point) vehicle or an authorized route shall be transported, the order shall be corrected and the fine below 1,000 dollars”.

(iv) amend article 33 of the Modalities for the administration of burial to read “in violation of article 8 of the present approach to private burial, with the time limit being converted by the civil service”.

Abolition of three Government regulations

(i) The Rules for the Implementation of the Urban Planning Regulations (which were adopted at the 62th ordinary meeting of the Government of San Francisco on 27 February 2001 and published by Decree No. 89 of 27 March 2001 on the Government of the Republic of China).

(ii) “Removal management of urban homes” (adopted at the 92th ordinary meeting of the Government of San Francisco on 11 February 2003 and published on 18 February 2003 No. 95 of the People's Government Order No. 95 of 18 February 2003).

(iii) The “Integrated Approach to the Control of Pollution from the River” (adopted at the 52th ordinary session of the Royal Government of 18 August 2000, No. 83 of 5 September 2000, amended by the Order No. 135 of 20 December 2010 by the Government Order No. 135 of 20 December 2010.
