Electrical motorcycle management in Hindu Province

Chapter I General

Article I, in order to strengthen the management of electric motorcycles, to maintain road traffic order, to prevent and reduce traffic accidents, to develop this approach in line with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Safety of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety of the Honours Province.

Article 2

Chapter II Production sales management

Article 7 The quality technical supervision sector should inform the society of the list of enterprises and products that have obtained a licence for the production of electric vehicles.

The sale of electric movable vehicles should be subject to a licence issued by the business administration.

The sale of electric vehicles that are not in compliance with national security technology standards is prohibited.

Article 8. The owner of the electric movable vehicle shall establish a system of inspection of the goods, testify and other markings and provide the consumer with effective invoices.

The owner of the electric movable vehicle shall not be allowed to sell its own vehicles on the urban road and other public sites.

Article 9 should be reused by the electric movable cell. The PPWS and the Entator are responsible for the recovery of obsolete batteries and for the uniform treatment of units with hazardous waste operational qualifications.

Chapter III Registration management

Article 10 purchases of electric motorcycles should apply for registration to the public security authorities within 20 days of the date of the purchase of the vehicle, and after the receipt of the name and departure, the parties can walk the road. Article 11. Applications for registration, inspection vehicles should be on-site and the following materials:

Article 19

Chapter V Legal responsibility
