In article 32, “and a fine of up to five thousand dollars” was amended to read “and to pay a fine of up to five thousand dollars per person”.

Article 33 amends as “in violation of the provisions of article 24, paragraph 2, of this provision, the management of public safety is punishable by law. The road transport management garner for more than three times a year (including three) is removed by the licensee in accordance with the law.

Delete article 36.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this provision is adjusted accordingly.
