In article 14, “and to impose a fine of up to three thousand dollars of the proceeds of the offence, which constitutes an offence punishable by law by the judiciary” is amended to “a fine of up to three thousand dollars of the proceeds of the offence, which is suspected to constitute a crime, is dealt with by the judiciary”.
