Article 26 amends as follows: “In violation of articles 9, 10, 11, 14, article 15, paragraph 2, of this approach, the period of time being transferred by the executive branch at the district level to the extent that the proceeds of the conflict do not exceed the amount of 2,000 dollars; and fines for the non-violent proceeds or proceeds of the conflict shall not be calculated, with a fine of up to 2,000 dollars. In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly.
