Provisional approach to the management of the Phnom Penh

Article I, in order to strengthen and regulate the building, protection and management of the Compaorate, promote the traditional culture of excellence, foster the building of spiritual civilization, and develop this approach in line with the provisions of the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Article 6. Article 9. The Competence Authority shall be able to access the evacuation of the colloquium and vehicle.
